Boston’s mayor declares ‘heat emergency’
for high-80s summer day

The reputation of “politician” precedes any civil servant, so right off the bat, I hold a less-than-flattering bias against those entering government (to put it mildly); it’s a “guilty until proven innocent” prejudice, but I will say, it’s evenly applied. Then last week, Michelle Wu, Boston’s hardcore leftist mayor, opened her big mouth and showed (again) just how right on the money one can be when you operate under the assumption that ineptitude and uselessness are shared traits amongst elected officials. On September 7th, Wu declared a “heat emergency” saying temperatures were expected to reach into the… ready for this? The nineties.

Comments:

Before you think this is just another female wacko leftist mayor, consider that the covid emergency gave a green light to 'emergency powers'. Last week NJ delayed their school openings due to 'heat' and the New Mexico governor cancelled the second amendment, ostensibly over a child's shooting.
These are all Climate Emergency dry runs.

This who summer, there were heat emergencies everywhere, floods everywhere, tornadoes, a hurricane - why it's almost like all the greenie predictions finally came true, all at once. I remember the summer we went to Six Flags Over Texas. It was 103, the place was packed and everyone had a great time. Weather can be manipulated. When the Discovery channel and The Learning Channel used to be about educational stuff, I saw guys in labs create tornadoes, small ones of course, in an effort to show us how it's done. And seeding clouds has been around forever.

My 5 years in Boston had humidity and high 80s every summer (snow and single digit temps or lower every winter, too). Calling that an emergency is typical Leftist hysteria. Either that or somebody redefined "emergency" when I wasn't paying attention.

I want to thank the versatile governor of New Mexico, whose name I don’t care about, for being a communist and a fascist all at once. She may be an aspiring dictator and a mid-wit Karen brimming over with Xanax wishes and Chardonnay dreams, but she’s providing us with a valuable opportunity that we should take full advantage of. The former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci, confirmed during an interview on ABC’s “This Week” that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines can cause myocarditis, particularly in young men. During the interview, Fauci was asked to discuss the recent surge in COVID-19 cases and the ongoing vaccine drive. Addressing the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines, Fauci said, “Again, we have experience with this type of vaccine in billions of people. It’s a safe vaccine.

What is your sense looking back at all of this? Did masks prove to be less effective than you anticipated?” Fauci said, “You know, Jon, some of the studies are confusing. I'm not sure what New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham thought she was doing with her anti-gun executive order. The order effectively banned carrying guns for 30 days in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, using the excuse of a public health emergency in a blatantly unconstitutional move. Advertisement She probably thought that she would get votes with this, showing that she was "doing something" to deal with "gun violence." As she admitted in her press conference on the matter, she didn't even think this would stop criminals from committing gun crimes; it was about sending a "message," she said.
