Merrick Garland’s DOJ told House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan that his subpoenas for two FBI agents involved in the investigation into Hunter Biden cannot be enforced due to an ongoing investigation.
Last week House Republicans subpoenaed FBI special agents Thomas Sobocinski and Ryeshia Holley to compel testimony on political interference and preferential treatment in the Hunter Biden investigation.
Garland’s DOJ said the subpoenas couldn’t be enforced because Congressman Jim Jordan barred DOJ lawyers at their depositions.
“The subpoenas issued by the Committee prohibit the attendance of agency counsel at appearances by two FBI employees where the Committee has indicated it will ask questions regarding information they learned

No surprise. The Clintons have done this from the beginning. But no biggy, right? Now Trump, on the other hand, gets law enforcement raiding his house without even showing the subpoena and no one bats an eye.

Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland will continue to say its an "ongoing investigation" even though US Attorney David Weiss has been looking at Hunter for the last 5 years.

Mr. Jordan knew very well this would happen, too. As #1 says, the Clintons got away with breaking laws right and left. No real consequences. Obama really had a free ride and it’s only just beginning to be uncovered what he did. He had the race card which scared the Republicans who to this day are scared of him. Now we are in the third term of Biden-Obama and the takedown of the Republic continues unabated.

No wonder the Biden family is always smirking and arrogant. They know Merrick Garland and the DOJ and the FBI will protect them from ever being found guilty of any corruption. No matter how blatant, or obvious, Merrick will cover their rear ends.

I plan to use that excuse when I late-file my IRS at midnight on April 15th. I'll cite the gummint's frequent use of same excuse as precedent.

One more reason to start an impeachment inquiry. If they do that Garland has to turn over this information. But they're trying to protect four or five frightened rhinos from moderate District. Jordan is afraid he won't have the votes to start an impeachment. Those four or five rhinos should be told if they don't vote to impeach they'll have more than a few liberal Republican women angry at them. Every GOP voter will be angry at them and they could easily be primaried.

What the hell are Republicans waiting for? Impeach Garland now. And drop their support of all the RINOs.

Who’s going to make them? They are in the catbird seat and know it. The consequences of a fraudulent election in 2020 just keeps marching on. I am so frustrated by the inability to stop this cabal from ignoring the law. Surely, the Constitution provided a recourse for such behavior, but we have seen no sign of it. Are we supposed to just sit here and watch democrats defy the law?!
