Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon denied a DOJ request to keep evidence sealed in the Mar-a-Lago documents case against President Donald J Trump. Additionally, Cannon has demanded that Special Counsel Jack Smith explain why he is using an out of district grand jury to construct additional charges against the defendant. [2-page ruling pdf here] Cannon has presided over the document issues even before the indictment against Donald Trump was unsealed. As a result, she has a good frame of reference for the Lawfare tactics the Special Counsel is attempting to deploy. (Image-order)

How come none of the other justices these cases are falling on are following the law like Cannon? That's a rhetorical question. In New York prosecutors can pick the judge. In Washington, DC they got the highly partisan judge throwing the book at J6 political prisoners. But Florida's judge has integrity.

I wonder if the reason Jack Smith went to Washington, DC to get this “ham sandwich” indictment is that the Miami grand jury couldn’t stomach rubber stamping it. I guess it is easier to assemble a grand jury of blind hatred Trump haters in DC.

Well... what do you know...a judge who follows the law as written in the Constitution....not the gestapo Garland's injustice force in DC... that should say something about jack smith's claims regarding President Trump's intent...this is getting interesting....Greg Kelly on Newsman had Bernie Kerik on last night talking about jack smith and his army of lawyers demanding his paperwork regarding the stealing of the 2020 election...they must be really panicked about jan6 and the nervous Nancy hostages....their judge in DC ...who was especially chosen because of her bad history regarding sentencing of Capitol judgements...is gonna try and jail President Trump...but first she needs some evidence...manufactured from pence...what a joke.....

Those who walk amid the weeds of political analysis will remember how much we discussed the very specific alignment of stars that created the very unique opportunity for Donald Trump to finally reveal the depth, scale and scope of the corruption in the U.S. body politic. Amid those discussions, and in the challenging months and years that followed, a small but incredibly important aspect were the personal characteristics, traits and very unique perspectives of Melania Trump. Perhaps a lioness, but an incredible woman who fortifies Donald Trump, candidate Trump and President Trump. Without Melania in the arsenal, there simply is no Great MAGA King to fight this battle.

President Joe Biden’s administration concedes that there is no scientific evidence to support an apparent recommendation to receive as many as six COVID-19 booster shots in a year. After Health Secretary Xavier Becerra, a Biden appointee, wrote in a social media post on Nov. 29, 2022, that people should get vaccinated “if it’s been over 2 months since your last dose,” the Functional Government Initiative (FGI) filed a Freedom of Information Act request for documents supporting the statements. The watchdog organization then sued after the administration didn’t comply with timelines laid out in the law. FGI asked for, among other documents: “Any scientific support relied on by Secretary Becerra when approving or issuing
