House Republicans have floated launching an impeachment inquiry against President Biden amid newly surfaced allegations that suggest his involvement in the business dealings his son, Hunter. But can congressional lawmakers initiate the use of that constitutional tool for alleged treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors that transpired before holding the office of the presidency? "The answer is clear," Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Fox News Digital. "No one knows." Article II, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution states: "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high

May?! Patriotic Americans know without a doubt that the old pedophile committed crimes against this country for personal gain that would have him swinging from a large tree in times past. Treason, theft and abuse of children, not to mention stealing a presidency through fraud and bringing the country to the edge of collapse. He is guilty, string him up!

Why the assumption that Biden’s bribe taking and tax evasion on these bribes ended when he left the vice presidency? The flow of millions to the Biden crime family was surely enhanced by achieving what his Chinese and Ukrainian bribers wanted for their millions in illicit payments, which is the presidency. The Bribe a Biden policy is surely still flourishing.

The painting scheme started in 2021. No reason to think the other bribes have stopped, in fact they probably are 10x bigger now.

Spiro Agnew resigned within a day of when contractors came forward to admit they bribed him $300,000 for help in awarding road-building contracts while he was Governor of Maryland, and that this somehow continued after he became Vice President.
Hey, can we stop referring to Hunter Biden's "business dealings"? Hunter wasn't "dealing" in any "business." He was soliciting bribes from foreign countries and criminals in return for influence and favors by the Vice President of the USA. This all arises from the practice of U.S. Senators and congressional representatives receiving "campaign contributions" from lobbyists hired by people and entities whose businesses are affected by congressional laws and regulations. After decades in public office, Joey Biden became so addicted to these contributions that he got his family out beating the bushes for these bribes even after he was no longer running for legislative office, as Vice President of the USA. It's graft. The entire congress is guilty of this practice in one form or another, and they've been timidly tiptoeing around the issue for years. The problem comes when these legislative branch representatives graduate to become officials in the executive branch of government; e.g., Secretary of State Hillary's "Clinton Global Initiative" Foundation, "bringing together established and emerging global leaders to create and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges."
Apart from term limits, I don't know how it's possible to rein in these practices. The USA has become a banana republic.

Tribe's legal opinions have not held up well at the Supreme Court, so his opinion can be disregarded. He was in favor of the Trump impeachment even though Trump was the one person endowed by the constitution to direct foreign policy - personally and through his appointed ambassadors - and speak to foreign leaders, even those who may dealt with the Budens before. If Tribe was concerned about trivializing the process, his arguments should have been different back in 2020. Because he is so politically biased, he cannot concede that Biden's present judgment could be swayed by huge bribes paid before he was sworn in. The bribes were paid while he was still "a heartbeat away" knowing that he could assume the office at any time. And he is dealing with the same people in the same country. Is Tribe saying that Biden won't stay bought, that he would have to be re-bribed? Maybe Congress better keep looking for the money, at more recent transactions. Tribe may know something.

Biden is still making dirty money from his treason, if not directly from participating governments he is receiving interest from his many foreign bank accounts which contain millions of dollars. His cronies are attempting to keep it all hidden until he is incapacitated, out of office and can no longer stand trial and will have the sympathy card going for him because he is a certified Grade A vegetable.
