Former President Donald Trump "may die in prison given his age" if he "is found guilty and does not strike some kind of a sentencing deal," Paul Collins, a legal studies and political science professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, said on Saturday.
In a new superseded indictment unsealed on Thursday, the Department of Justice's (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith unveiled three additional criminal charges against Trump related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents and his alleged efforts to obstruct investigators' efforts to return them to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Smith previously indicted Trump on 37 counts, including 31 counts of willful retention of

History is full of stories about innocent people being sent to prison by political opponents. Trump would be in good company. May God preserve Donald Trump at the last day.

Biden is betting he will die, before getting to prison. That may be a good bet.

I say this because I believe it. If trump goes to prison, this country needs to rise up in civil disobedience like never before.
Remember this we have seen them go after anyone involved with Trump and we have watched them go after Trump.
If they can get Trump they can get any one of us. The law is no longer fair or equal it is a political tool and real Americans cannot allow that.

I predict that the only plea deal DOJ would accept would include a requirement that Trump never run for any public office again. That's what this whole charade has been about since 2016 - getting rid of Trump.

Besides, They’re not after him.

He has made legitimate legal arguments against EVERY incursion into his rights and privacy, including against the "unprecedented"(literally never happened before in History) supeonas to search his home, particualrly in that the basis for them was a complaint from a Librarian, who has/had no status to claim any LAW was broken. No "Crime" was committed. The claim is that he wasn't reviewing documents and articles in his "Presidential Memoirs" storage fast enough to suit the Librarian...who started making demands the day he vacated office, for EVERYTHING in his possession, including old magazines, newspaper clipping, personal mail, clothing, family photos...MOST of which was copies that the govt already had the originals of. Nany Pelosi dramatically, on National TV tore up and destroyed and ORIGINAL Historical Document, which included National Defense information/Intelligence. Even this latest charge, that says he had people bring him boxes of documents, really only describes him COMPLYING with the requests...he wanted 12 boxes to start going through. He hadn't looked through that stuff since it was brought there. Clinton and Obama waited 5 or more YEARS before they finished sorting through THEIR stuff, no one said "Hurry up" or "WE get to look through it FIRST!". The cameras were/are private "Security" measures, not something to be used by the Govt to "Spy" on a citizen. From day one they have been trying to get their noses into EVERYTHING Trump is anywhere near, finding fake excuses as to why they would have any right to...The very 1st Investigation was "To protect him, in case someone tries to extort him or compromise him"...so they got secret wire taps, codeword clandestine operations, sent undercover operative using fake names to foreign countries, to try to entrap associates into something that could be called Nefarious. You do not "Protect" someone by spying on him and not TELLING him.

If so in the long run there will be another face on Mount Rushmore. I have an idea btw, why don't we boycott the USPS? It appears it is their union and their manpower who are making the mail-in ballot fraud work. Well, what few things do we really need to use USPS for anyway? I live where there has been no postal service for years, and it was kind of inconvenient a few times. Christmas cards six weeks late, but the pagan donkeys are trying to stop that custom anyway. Magazines, yeah btu they are online. Now the government uses usps, so let them pay for all by themselves. Is this a bad idea?

Anna, that is the plan. If they think they can get away with throwing him in prison, they will.
God help the country is they do. Even conservatives have their breaking point.
