Biden admin crackdown on water heaters
would go into effect in 2029 as it targets
more home appliances

The Biden administration's newest crackdown on home appliances, specifically water heaters, would take effect in 2029 if its regulatory proposal is enacted as it continues to implement its aggressive energy efficiency campaign. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday acknowledged the president was going after home appliances. The newest target is water heaters. A Department of Energy (DOE) proposal released late Friday said new regulations would ultimately "accelerate deployment" of electric heat pump water heaters, claiming it would save Americans billions of dollars and reduce carbon emissions.

****claiming it would save Americans billions of dollars**** Kinda like how 0bamacare saved Americans billions of dollars on healthcare / health insurance?? Because gas stoves , gas heaters are much less efficient at actually heating stuff up than electricity. If I had the room to store them, and expected to be alive in 2030, I'd buy up a bunch of gas water heaters and gas stoves now, and sell them on the blackmarket when they become illegal.

I kinda wrote that third sentence above backwards.... But I guess you could take it as sarcasm... Gas appliances are actually much more efficient at heating stuff up than electrical ones of the same capacity.

Question; How is electricity produced? (Not including Hydro power) Answer; with coal and gas fired power plants. This idiotic plan to make the planet carbon neutral is TOTALLY biased towards their own pocket books. What a bunch miseducated reasoning. Our Colleges and Universities need to be changed. Meaning they drastically need, at least, some of conservative leanings.

Biden wants an all electric appliance household. This will include hot water and heating. However, the current electric power supply/ grid cannot handle this. Also, what happens during a hurricane, earthquake, tornado, ice storm, or other crisis where the electricity is down for an extended period of time? Biden wants generators to be illegal also. Guess you'll be out of luck or be totally dependent on the government. You won't be able to drive away in your electric car, because you won't be able to charge that either.

So... all cars will be electric. All water heaters will be electric. Meanwhile, the U.S. sits on the world's largest natural gas reserves. This is clearly a plan to cripple the nation. And just where is all of that electricity going to come from? Like electric vehicles, these electric water heaters will create MORE pollution in states that produce electricity from coal and gas. And today we learn that solar is a mess too...

Convenient strategy. Biden pushes the dates out on all of his unpopular decisions so he doesn't anger current voters too much. It's likely that most of this madness will be reversed. Too bad for him that he also didn't push out the dates for reparations and student-loan forgiveness so the peasants couldn't know that they were just empty campaign promises.

All of this madness is short-term tomfoolery. Keep in mind that every great civilization in the world eventually abused its power and prompted the people to rise up and destroy it from within or they were destroyed from the outside. Persia, Egypt, Greece, Rome, Ancient China, Britain, France, Spain, all of them. Exercising patience and keeping our swords sharp will eventually fix it all even though it looks impossible at the moment.

Why is the media buying in to Biden's pretend electricity? By eliminating natural gas, our cleanest real source of energy, Biden seeks to put an impossible amount of stress on current and near-term electrical generation. The small print indicates that the citizenry will simply have to do without energy, while the self-styled eco-warriors, like Gore and Kerry, will never miss jetting off to conferences in Europe or Asia, where the elite pat themselves on the back and give the middle finger to America's once strong middle class core. Since our middle class have never been BFFs of the communist climate crowd, the middle class must be eliminated. Depending solely on any single politician to turn back the communists and single-handedly save our Republic is dangerously foolish.

Mexico City—Mexico’s president said Thursday that he has offered to buy an American company’s Caribbean coast property for about $385 million to end a bitter, years-long dispute. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said a formal offer would be presented to Alabama-based Vulcan Materials. The company operated gravel extraction pits at the Yucatan peninsula site before López Obrador’s administration closed them. The company said it had not yet received the president’s proposal or responded to the idea. In papers filed for a case before an international arbitration panel, Vulcan Materials valued the almost 6,000-acre (2,400 hectare) property, located just south of the resort town of Playa del Carmen, at $1.9 billion.
