The FBI inappropriately searched for information on a U.S. senator using an intelligence provision intended for monitoring foreign nationals, a court opinion released Friday shows. The opinion from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court said that the FBI improperly searched a database for information on an unidentified U.S. senator, state senator, and judge. The FBI conducted the searches under powers derived from Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, but the conditions for the searches were not met, the judge said, according to The Hill.“In June 2022, an analyst conducted four queries of Section 702 information using the last names of a U.S. senator and a state senator,

702 searches were rampant during the Obama regime. Samantha Powers was a big time searcher, as I recall. Snoops liked to use this because they could enter just a last name and cast a very wide net. The queriers remained anonymous or no trail was left as to whom they’d searched. I don’t remember the details. I do recall that it could be abused and the Obama people regularly did so.

My friend, Andrei Martyanov, published a short piece on Antony Blinken’s latest public demonstration of schizophrenia and I want to elaborate on Andrei’s astonishment at Blinken’s total detachment from reality. There may be a medical explanation. According to the Mayo Clinic, schizophrenia is: A serious mental disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling. Keep that definition in mind as you watch Fareed Zakaria interview Blinken. It is truly jaw-dropping:

Greta Thunberg will have to pay a small fine after being convicted of disobeying a lawful order of the authorities to stop blocking a road earlier this year, an outcome she has decried as “absurd”. Those who burn fossil fuels should be in court, not those who fight against them, climate celebrity Greta Thunberg said today as she was handed a criminal record in a Swedish court for a protest action earlier this year. Thunberg was ordered to pay 50 kronor, or £3.75/$4.80 a day every day for 30 days. In all, the fine will add up to just £112, or $144.

Jack Smith was appointed on November 18, and now has a team of 40 to 60 prosecutors, paralegals and support staff working to investigate the former president. On June 8, Smith charged Trump with 37 counts relating to the documents illegally stored at Mar-a-Lago. He is expected to soon bring charges in connection to allegations of interfering in the 2020 election.

The difference between the Republican ballot operation and that of the leftists that is the leftists manufacture ballots, whereas Republicans only collect them. Elections are for big stakes. You do what the pros do — you make sure you control your food source. The laughable RNC "out-ballot-harvest the left" plan is one any sentient adult knows cannot work. That of course leaves out Republican state operatives, for whom hope exceeds common sense. Leftists learned early that running out

On Tuesday the House Oversight Committee released a 14-year timeline of the Biden Crime Family’s influence peddling and selling out America to foreign regimes including Communist China. The Oversight Committee is likely just scratching the surface of the criminal actions by Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and the extended Biden family. The Biden family was selling out America to Ukraine, Romania, and Communist China. There is plenty of proof. After seeking to reduce the use of gas stoves, the Biden administration is pushing a proposal to ban the sale of almost all portable gas generators—which some experts have said would be disastrous for the millions of Americans who rely on such generators during power outages. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has proposed a policy (pdf) that would remove nearly all existing portable gas generators from the market. The new rule restricts the amount of carbon monoxide that generators can emit by forcing these generators to switch off when they reach a certain level of emissions.
