Inmates at California’s largest women’s prison say a former transgender activist who was convicted of murdering a lesbian couple and their son has been making life miserable since his transfer to their housing unit. Dana Rivers shares a cell with several female inmates at Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla, where he was incarcerated last month. Women in Rivers’s housing unit say he ogles them, speaks demeaningly to them, and demands they push him around in his wheelchair. "Rivers has been a problem since he rolled in the door," one inmate said in a message reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

“According to Central California Women’s Facility documents from 2022 obtained by the Free Beacon, one-third of the 287 men who sought entry to California’s women’s prisons based on claimed transgender identity were registered sex offenders.” CA needs a new gov, 2 new senators, and multiple new congresscritters willing to stand up for women and families and their children until able to vote. Given that state prisons are considered to be one of the rings of hell, I can see why a man would want to stay out of a male prison, especially if he is not strong enough to defend himself. That being said, I agree with #7.

In a recent interview with Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo, former President Donald Trump recounted a long-ago conversation he’d had with the late Sen. Ted Kennedy. He claimed he asked Kennedy whom he considered to be the smartest senator. “I won’t tell you the answer because I don’t particularly like the guy. I said, ‘Who’s the dumbest?’ He said, ‘Probably Joe [Biden].’” According to Trump, Kennedy said, “He’s hale and hearty and well meant, [great] personality, but you go to policy or you go to taxes or anything that’s complicated, he doesn’t have a clue.”
Free parking for the homeless in CA 4 replies

Did you know that homeless people enjoy a constitutional right to free parking? That’s the main takeaway from a California Court of Appeals opinion issued Friday that ruled cities that tow cars with five or more unpaid parking tickets violate the 4th Amendment’s prohibition of search and seizure without a warrant. The Coalition on Homelessness sued the City and County of San Francisco seeking an injunction against towing scofflaw cars that piled up parking tickets, and the trial court had denied the petition. But the Court of Appeals reversed, because “appellant [Coalition on Homelessness] presented declarations regarding the severe impacts of vehicle tows on unhoused San Francisco residents.”

You should pity czars. Things never end well for them. The reign of diversity czars began a few years ago when a violent drug-addled Black criminal was accidentally murdered by an idiotic white police officer ostensibly trying to subdue him. This rarely happens, thankfully. In fact, more cops get murdered by Black criminals than the other way around. And when Black criminals do get murdered by cops, the cops are usually Black themselves (though the left would say cops are never Black even if their skin color is black because, after all, cops promote white justice and not Black Justice).
