Two-Tiered 'Justice' Intended to Incite Rebellion

Original Article

John and Nisha Whitehead over at The Rutherford Institute always write compelling essays documenting America's descent toward tyranny. "A State of Martial Law: America Is a Military Dictatorship Disguised as a Democracy" is no exception and deserves reading. In that essay, the legal duo reminded me of something John Lennon once warned: "When it gets down to having to use violence, then you are playing the system's game. The establishment will irritate you — pull your beard, flick your face — to make you fight. Because once they've got you violent, then they know how to handle you."

Two pictures I will never get out of my head in the deep state's attempt to take down Trump were McCain pushing through a crowd with the fake dossier under his arm, and Pelosi stumbling through the capitol with her articles of impeachment like she had a corn cob in a most uncomfortable place. The article says the government knows how to handle rebellion. Maybe at first, but the sleeping giant they have awakened is really PO'ed.

Circular logic. When someone provokes you, deliberately, of course the end game is to justify the use of violence. On children, there are parents to intervene. Here, you surrender or die. Give me Liberty or give me Death.

Before WW I life was more simple, at least in Europe. There were three classes of people: Aristocracy, Clergy, and Common Folk. Each class had its own set of laws and courts. For example, a Commoner could not sue an Aristocrat because they were not allowed to bring suit in the Aristocratic courts. This was finally corrected by overthrowing Divine Right Monarchies as a result of WW I and the Russian Revolution. Who now has standing to petition government agencies for violation of Oaths of Office or failure to execute the laws duly passed by Congress and signed by the President? We learned in late 2020 that no one in any state could bring suit questioning the legitimacy of elections anywhere because no one had standing to bring such suits. No court heard testimony or passed judgement on allegations of illegal activity. Serious appearances of impropriety were let slide and are yet to be resolved. Could the House sue the Chief Executive and members of the Cabinet for failure to faithfully execute the laws regarding Immigration or anything else? Who better should have standing than the branch of government that passed the laws? How can the Congress expect the laws currently being passed to be executed? Of what use is the Congress if the Executive can pick and choose which laws are to be enforced? I only mention the House because in the current political climate I have no faith that the Senate would oppose the current Occupant of the White House. Maybe if Republicans had both Houses they could muster up an impeachment or two. Bribery? High Crimes? Misdemeanors?

Biden’s administration is definitely poking the bear. They need outright rebellion to continue their strategy of complete control of the population. Biden would declare Martial Law because it would allow him unfettered power. It’s hard to believe we are on the precipice of the completion of a coup d’etat by the democrat party. They have openly betrayed this country through their lawlessness and corruption and have done so to show us they can and there is nothing we can do about it. Any act of rebellion will be quickly and viciously put down because it is imperative they show their unlimited power to control any opposition. It’s difficult to imagine a scenario wherein we win apart from divine intervention. Our elections are rigged. Our party is feckless. The power of the government has never been stronger and more fixated with retaining control by any means possible. This administration is willing to do anything, suspend any of our rights, and falsely accuse any opposition of sedition or insurrection. Our backs are up against a wall and democrats know it. They don’t fear a rebellion because they are eager to put it down. If their strategy plays out to its logical conclusion, it will not end well. They will not accept defeat at the ballot box and the only option they would have then is to use force and they will. We are not dealing with rational thinkers. These are committed ideologues who believe the end justifies the means and they will do anything to complete their mission.

The wild card in a scenario of government tyranny leading to martial law is that the soldiers, guardsmen, policemen, etc. needed to clamp down on We The People are themselves part of We The People. This is only part of the reason why illegal immigration is so disturbing. They are invaders who have no compelling reason to protect Americans. And they are largely young and male.

As always, #14 says it as well as it can be said. I think the criminals in charge of the government would like nothing better than an excuse to clamp down totally on the population, take away all of our rights, and make our blood flow. The Democrats have gone totalitarian, gone Marxist, gone bad. One more big cheat in '24, and America will be finished, with nowhere for good Americans to run. Galt's Gulch was a fictional place.

I have always said...the reason for the violence in the cities and the government looking the other way is...to incite riots...so then the government/rats can call out martial law and shut the citizens down...it's why they push gender confused people into our faces and going after our children...the rats want riots...and it looks like the American citizens are aware of their game...and are not playing their game....

If most Americans simply refrained from going to their place of employment for a week, THAT would get the government’s attention without any violence. Repeat as needed until they “get” it. Americans did this for COVID so surely they could simply do this again - stopping the economy cold would certainly gain attention.

Prosecutorial overreach is not uncommon in high-profile cases. The prosecutors pile on the charges to frighten defendants with the prospect of long prison terms so they plead out. The state also hopes to throw enough charges against the wall to see what sticks. But the danger of overreach is that a judge may want to smack a prosecutor down for bringing unnecessary charges. Such is the case in the January 6 prosecutions. One of the rioters, Edward Lang, is facing 11 charges and pleaded not guilty to all of them. But a district court judge threw out the charges relating to “obstruction of an official proceeding” concerning Lang
