Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Dissent Is An
Argument For Institutional Racism

Original Article

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson hardly feigned interest in adjudicating the constitutionality of affirmative action in her dissent today. Remember all that talk about Jackson’s “progressive originalism?” It’s not a thing. Instead, Jackson offered more than 9,000 overwrought words of leftist social commentary, “expound[ing] upon the universal benefits of considering race in this context.” Her embrace of identitarianism and defense of Asian-American discrimination is jarring. Jackson believes state-funded institutions should judge Americans by their immutable characteristics and historical sins rather than their individual accomplishments and actions. It’s really that simple.

The Supreme Court reached the right answer, but the terrifying thing to me is how they did it. Stop talking so much. My god, look at the Constitution. The answer is right there: affirmative action is unconstitutional.

Justice Brown was never qualified and credentialed by judicial record of distinction-- she was selected because the Vegetable made a campaign promise to promote a woman of color. Look at the ABSOLUTE DISASTER awaiting U.S.when the Vegetable goes down for corruption and mindless malaprops that he makes and the various media's CONSTANT propping this charlatan which does nothing but dishonor their 'integrity' to even speak.

She conveniently doesn't mention that Blacks owned slaves in the US and as a matter of fact the first Black slave in Georgia was owned by a Black plantation owner. Slaves got here because one Black tribe in Africa captured a losing tribe and sold them to the Europeans. I am sick of this blaming of slavery on Whites when they are still enslaving Blacks in Africa. She needs to shut up about it.

From the Supreme Court to America: Happy Individual Independence Day. OK, the court didn’t actually say that, but its key rulings did. The final cases rang out with a consistent clarity that the Constitution favors individual liberty over group rights and government power. The distinction is what helped make America different from the start, yet to witness the hysterical outcry against the rulings, fewer and fewer Americans understand the founding principles. Either that or they want to trash American exceptionalism so they can force everybody to think alike.

“Disappointing and cruel.” Those words from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) after the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Biden administration’s loan forgiveness program may say more than the opinion itself. The court’s “cruelty” was in supporting Congress’s core constitutional power of the purse. Schumer’s disappointment in having to address and vote on the forgiveness of hundreds of billions of dollars in loans speaks volumes about the collapse of our constitutional values.
