“Disappointing and cruel.” Those words from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) after the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Biden administration’s loan forgiveness program may say more than the opinion itself. The court’s “cruelty” was in supporting Congress’s core constitutional power of the purse. Schumer’s disappointment in having to address and vote on the forgiveness of hundreds of billions of dollars in loans speaks volumes about the collapse of our constitutional values.

Why is this so hard to comprehend? It is your bill, your responsibility. When you signed those loan papers you committed to paying back what you owed. I am going to be 72 next month, my husband and I are helping our son pay on his college loan. And for some perverted reason you think we should now help you pay on your loan too? If we cannot trust your word that you will repay your debt why should we trust you on anything you say? Time to be a stand up adult. Suck it up, pay it off, grown up. Shame on your for trying to pass the buck and shame on those officials who keep pushing you to whine and complain. Do what is right.

The Congress has the power of the purse. If Schumer wants to forgive loans get his democrat friends in the House to bring up a bill about it. Schumer like Biden trying to do it because it takes the pressure off him and his Democrat friends. Schumer is lower than whale feces.

Today's "Democrats" are totalitarian thugs without the slightest hint of ethics or morality. They are only interested in power and money - CONTROL. And rules, like the Constitution and ethics, don't interest them in the slightest and restrain them not at all. This doesn't mean a person CAN'T get an education in the USA! This ruling is all about the Ivy Leagues and Medical Schools not being able to determine their "Graduation Racial Demographic." As a result of this decision, if they MUST admit based on grades and test scores alone then they will be admitting mostly Asians, Indians (India), Whites, some Hispanics, and a few Blacks. Getting into University is all about ATTITUDE toward EDUCATION starting at an early age. The list above exemplifies those cultures which place high regard for education, and is stressed within the family at a very early age.

How many loans has this hypocrite paid off. How much money has Chickie Schumer given to students to help pay off their loans. Like reparations, every democrat should chip in and pay off student loans. Let all of these scum loud mouths come up with the money. They want it so much, then pass the hat around to every democrat in congress and see how much you come up with Chuckie. Fact is, you won't get a dime from these low life hypocrites. They love to spend everybody else's money. Got it.

This is political BS at its worst!!! There is no loan "forgiveness"!!! Those loans have to be repaid, or there won't be any money to loan to future students. No, this is simply taking the responsibility of the people that took out the loans to repay them, and forcing the taxpayers to repay those loans. Straight from "Communism 101"!!!

The Biden student loan scheme was devised as a grand political effort to “sucker” student loan holders to vote for Biden and the Democrats, Biden says there are 41 million such student loan holders out there. The Democrats and Biden knew from the get-go that he did not have the constitutional authority to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in federal loans, and that any such effort would have to be rightfully approved constitutionally by the US Congress. If Biden could do that with a stroke of his pen, what would be next, cancelling home mortgage loans or car loans for classes of people politically favored by the Democrats?

When student loans were made a facet of the federal government control by Obama, the loans became political just as everything else to do with the federal government. Especially when you throw the 101% politically partisan and corrupt Biden into the mix. To the Democrats not having to pay back student loans equates to “free college” that they believe will bring them tens of millions of future votes by the recipients of student loans who believe they will never have to pay back their loans. Besides all that, the Democrats will never admit that under those circumstances that a lot of the recipients have been, and will continue to misuse student loan money, for living expenses, to purchase consumer items like automobiles which equates to “free” automobiles, and for all sorts of vacations, expenses that have nothing to do with attending college, knowing that they will never have to pay back the loans. Since the Democrats claim to be “progressive” there is little doubt that they will attempt to move ahead to manipulate other consumer debts like home mortgages and other loans with “no payback” provisions. Common sense will tell you those Democrat political agenda objectives are really big time vote buying schemes to keep the Democrats in political power.

Life is hard. It's even harder if you are stupid. You signed up for college and you signed papers where you promised to repay the student loan. If you didn't learn enough to get a decent job and make enough money to make a small loan payment every month, maybe you were not college material. I hear that McDonalds now pays $15 per hour thanks to other stupid government decisions meant specifically to help the stupid or, you could run for congress like AOC did and buy a Tesla instead of paying your student loan and then cry that you can't afford it.

The decision of the Supreme Court to end the use of race in college admissions was not unexpected. Yet, President Joe Biden expressed outrage and actually claimed that the court gutted the constitutional guarantee that "all men and women are created equal." In declaring that this court was not "normal," Biden further insisted that these admissions decisions and the Dobbs abortion decision reversed the gains that "we fought a war over in 1860" to secure.

President Joe Biden, the Biden grifting conglomerate, the Department of Justice, and the FBI under its fourth consecutive weaponized director, are in danger of subverting the American system of law. They are in various ways undermining the tradition of self-reported income tax computation and voluntary compliance. Our tax institutions, of course, are based on the real deterrence of a disinterested, uncompromised Internal Revenue Service. Without it, the income revenues of the United States are existentially threatened.

From the Supreme Court to America: Happy Individual Independence Day. OK, the court didn’t actually say that, but its key rulings did. The final cases rang out with a consistent clarity that the Constitution favors individual liberty over group rights and government power. The distinction is what helped make America different from the start, yet to witness the hysterical outcry against the rulings, fewer and fewer Americans understand the founding principles. Either that or they want to trash American exceptionalism so they can force everybody to think alike.

Hear me out here, the GOP is trying to recruit Muslim Americans, a community that makes up less than two percent of the U.S. population against another tiny marginalized group of Americans — transgender people.”
