(Mediaite Headline; article)....President Trump called it. News broke on Tuesday morning that Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to multiple criminal charges according to CNN. The investigation into Hunter Biden has supposedly lasted five years. After five years of investigation the Biden DOJ found Hunter Biden guilty of TWO MISDEMEANORS and ONE GUN CHARGE! Of course, this is a complete bastardization of the US Justice System. The serial criminal is slapped with misdemeanors after we know he was using classified documents leaked to him by his father to set up lucrative deals with foreign officials.

And I'm sure that in return for that guilty plea, the government agrees not to prosecute the poor dear for any other possible crimes, like overdue library books, tearing the "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of Law" tag off his mattress (I'm surprised they haven't gotten Trump on that one -- those hotel maids sure are good at their code of silence), bribery, parking meter violations, or other crimes.

While Trump was right (again), you didn't need to be Carnac the Magnificent to predict this one. The deal smells like the mayonaise jar left on Funk & Wagnals porch since noon yesterday.

And the coven on The View will think the punishment too harsh for him and say how brave he was to take responsibility for his actions. And they’ll compare him to Trump, who continues to fight against Garland’s corrupt DOJ. Deal was worked out quite a while ago. I’m sure.

At this point in time, are you really surprised at Hunter’s gold plated deal? How could you be as in DC in this era there, with a well known political two tiered system of Justice underway, one for Democrats and another one for Republicans. Resulting in Democrats getting away clean and with Republicans going to jail or prison! In the case of Hunter there is no doubt that “the big guy” Biden will issue a pardon to Hunter right before he is shunted out of the White House. Reportedly Hunter owed taxes that he did not pay on millions of dollars in income, but no word where, or for what services did Hunter perform to legitimately earn that money?

Can't say I'm surprised. Trump has shown us two things. Our government is extremely corrupt. Our nation can be governed in a responsible manner, but not by the cabal currently in power.

Folks, we no longer have a Justice Dept. in this country. I don't know what you would call it, but it's not justice, if one side gets away with "murder" and the other side of the aisle coughs and gets indicted for felonies lasting decades. All I can say as a Prayer Warrior is that God is watching and when iniquity has been made full, then the hammer of God's judgment will fall. I can't even say may God have mercy on their souls. These evildoers deserve God's judgment.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) probe into the Biden family’s business will lead directly to President Joe Biden’s “doorstep” in the coming months, Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President Peter Schweizer exclusively told the Breitbart News Daily podcast. On Tuesday, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, essentially triggering the end of the Justice Department’s probe into the president’s son, according to Schweizer. However, the Oversight Committee’s probe into the Bidens remains ongoing and capable of uncovering wrongdoing related to Joe Biden.

MSNBC political analyst Claire McCaskill said Tuesday on “Deadline” that House Republicans criticizing President Joe Biden after his son, Hunter Biden, reached a plea deal with the Department of Justice needed to “back off.” When asked about Republican lawmakers comments on the plea deal, McCaskill said, “I don’t know what America they live in and I don’t know how they sleep at night. Alcoholism and addiction are probably the most pervasive diseases in America. I don’t know of one family that hasn’t been touched by the pain of these diseases. And it’s particularly painful when you have someone you love unconditionally that is suffering from these diseases.”

Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi told Republicans Wednesday on the House floor that they looked 'miserable' and said they had turned the chamber into a 'puppet show' at the behest of former President Donald Trump. Pelosi was the final Democrat to speak during the afternoon's debate over whether California Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff should be censured over his role in the House's Russia probe of Trump. A similar measure targeting Schiff, the former top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, who House Speaker Kevin McCarthy pushed off the panel earlier this year, failed in the House last week.

The motion put forward by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., to censure the California Democrat failed last week as Republican were leery of the $16 million fine it would have slapped Schiff with. A revamped resolution without the fine - merely a formal statement of disapproval -garnered more Republican votes. Last week 20 Republicans joined all Democrats in voting to table the measure - enough to send Luna back to the drawing board. Luna took out a clause that said if the Ethics Committee found Schiff 'lied, made misrepresentations or abused sensitive information' he should be fined $16 million.

Citing America’s racial history, Obama said, “If somebody is not proposing, both acknowledging and proposing elements that say, ‘No, we can’t just ignore all that and pretend

Collins asked him about the letter signed by the 51 former intel officials, including him. If he had any shame at all, he would be apologizing for what they did with that letter. It helped interfere in the 2020 election. It enabled Joe Biden to falsely claim the laptop was Russian disinformation. The organizer of the letter, former CIA Director Mike Morrell, said the intel letter was meant—in his mind—to help Joe Biden during his debate with former President Donald Trump and in the election, to give him a “talking point.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland washed his hands of the Hunter Biden plea deal when asked Wednesday about Republican complaints that it represented a two-tiered system of justice. Garland appeared at a press conference in Stockholm, Sweden, that concluded the E.U.-U.S. Ministerial Meeting on Justice and Home Affairs conference he was attending. He was asked to address accusations from former President Donald Trump and GOP lawmakers who saw Hunter Biden's plea deal as a 'slap on the wrist,' while the ex-president was charged with 37 federal crimes for his mishandling of classified documents, leaving him facing a maximum of 400 years in prison.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland was asked directly whether the deal struck between President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and the Department of Justice (DOJ) on federal gun and tax charges displays a “different standard of justice” at a news conference in Sweden on Wednesday. Hunter Biden will avoid jail time by pleading guilty to two tax misdemeanors and entering a probation agreement for a gun charge with the DOJ, prompting criticism that the legal treatment wasn’t as harsh as former President Donald Trump’s. When asked about the degree of punishment Hunter Biden received, Garland referred the reporter to the U.S. Attorney on the case for questions about the investigation’s conclusion.

Boebert, 36, said the commander-in-chief 'intentionally ceded command & control of our border to cartels.' Democrats are strategically conflicted about how President Joe Biden’s campaign should approach Robert F. Kennedy Jr., his closest competitor for the Democratic presidential nomination. While some are of the mind that it is best for the president to ignore Kennedy’s candidacy, others believe that Biden should look to clear Kennedy out of the way early, as the Hill’s Niall Stanage wrote in his column. If he does not address the longshot, the fear among that faction is that the populist Democrat could garner further steam and, at the least, weaken Biden heading into the general election.
