A senior FBI official involved in planning the raid of former President Donald Trump‘s Florida residence told Congress two days ago he had strong reservations about the operation and the investigation.(snip)Miami Field Office did not conduct the search. Mr. D’Antuono testified that FBI headquarters decided to assign the execution of the search warrant to the Washington Field Office despite the location of the search happening in the region of the Miami Field Office.(snip)Justice Department did not assign a U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate the classified documents matter at Mar-a-Lago.(snip)this was out of the ordinary.

What's the outside chance that there is a FBI Agent who actually told the truth about anything? 200 to 1? 2,000,000 to 1? more like it!

In the morass of betrayal and loss of integrity that runs rampant in this country, I don’t know why I am surprised when time after time individuals refuse to step up. I understand the buzz saw that they will be forced to endure but I want to find heroes in the middle of this lawlessness. Unfortunately, there seems to be a shortage of men and women who will stand on their principles and refuse to cooperate with the cabal intent upon our destruction.
Apparently, we have more go along to get alongs than we do have individuals with the mettle of those who fought to create the Republic. We are too comfortable and too soft to take the risk that would be required. It’s disappointing but completely understandable. Prosperity will soften our edges and make us apathetic and that is why we don’t see more people coming forth to speak truth. They know there will be a high price to be paid, and this is the way evil regimes survive. It is all about using their power to force silence and it works. Evil men will do whatever is necessary to achieve their goals even when it is abhorrent. They know it is the only way to deal with opposition.
Believe it or not, these guys are just warming up. They have no conscience and their god is political power and control. They will do whatever is necessary to retain control and the average guy will let them. What political figure alive today would take the stuff that has been thrown at President Trump? He has the heart of a lion and absolutely will not bow to the mob. Not many men are so inclined. We have passed the time in history when men would rather die than bend a knee. When you are faced with men who will by any means force you to your knees, it doesn’t look good.
Evil will never leave the field of battle. They must be defeated, decimated, and destroyed. Until our Republican leaders can grasp this concept, we are fighting a losing battle. Freedom is not free. It has always cost us dearly. This time is no different. We can either die on our feet or live on our knees. At this time in history, most will choose the latter.

As an average citizen, we must obey laws, pay taxes, be civil to others, etc. The consequences of not doing these things are evident. We usually end up in jail or get sued. Now let me switch to the subject of leadership - it can be with a business, at a church, in government, a non-profit agency - it doesn't matter. As I read more and more articles on Lucianne and elsewhere, I have come to one conclusion. People don't know how to lead effectively. They bring their amateur, and sometimes immature efforts, into these entities and expect people to accept what they offer. Rather than bringing professionalism, they bring their egos and arrogance. They think they don't have to abide by the same set of rules everyday American citizens have to and they absolutely think no consequences should be suffered. Strong misgivings? You bet. Rather than being good and honest leaders, it seems as if they have become very good deceivers. I AM TIRED OF IT ALL. God gave us a beautiful country and now it is time that we stop accepting the excuses that ineffective leaders are handing us.

D’Antuono has an interesting comment about no US Attorney being assigned and he ''raised this concern a lot with” Department officials because this was out of the ordinary.'' Says he didn't get a satisfactory answer. How many times is ''a lot?'' Who did he ask about it? It is this reader's opinion that the DOJ became the de facto FBI agents-in-charge because the Miami field office wasn't as hair-on-fire about the raid as was the DC office.

Throughout my career, I had no problem leaving positions when management insisted on doing something stupid. In both cases, the projects failed, they lost tons of money and I had the last laugh. Even if you don't like Donald Trump you know that he is being railroaded and hounded in attemps to get him out of the race. Stand up for what is right.

Let's play chess here instead of checkers. How far down the food chain does the corruption go? And once the top rot is removed, why can we expect the next wave to have any more integrity and/or loyalty to the Constitution? Who hired them?
Is the core DNA of the FBI, and all these other agencies as well, one of corruption and fascism? Asking for a friend :)

Well poor baby. He had strong reservations about a historic raid on a former president that would go down in history as the worst FBI raid ever hatched. This senior official in the FBI didn't do anything but say words, no action. Give me a break!
This man is either a yellow coward or lying to save his sorry skin.

Misgivings? Misgivings? A real profile in courage. Yet the jack booted thug led the unprecedented raid against a President of the United States. Yeah, write that letter and testify, D' Antuono now when a light is being shined on this illegal government. Yeah, a real profile in courage.

With all those misgivings, and being in charge of the raid, why did the FBI official show up with 40 riot officers at Mar-a-lago, and with the press in tow?

I think there are many agents who questioned the raid...but they were under orders...never mind their superiors were wrong...they had to comply....I'm waiting for a raid on biden's homes and pence...the hypocrite as well....and while we're at it...let's check out obama's warehouse in Chicago where he's stored thousands of documents....let's go through all those papers.....

Well, #16, agents with strong misgivings (because they knew it was unlawful, unconstitutional and purely political) most certainly did not have to comply. Physicians and scientists of renown sacrificed lucrative careers which required many years of education and REFUSED to comply in pushing a dangerous genetic experiment Fauci called a vaccine. This man tries to come off honorable here and fails before people in this salon who know the definition of honor and integrity. These FBI agents chose which side of America they were on when they obeyed evil senior officials to have anything to do with this outrageous raid.
