Illegal aliens who are LGBTQ ‘may not
be detained’under Democrats’ new bill

Original Article

Dozens of Democrats in the House and Senate introduced legislation this week that would make it harder to hold illegal aliens in custody if they qualify as a "vulnerable person," such as those who are gay, lesbian or transgender, who don’t speak English, or who meet other definitions of the term under the bill. The Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act, from Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., is aimed at setting minimum standards for detention facilities where thousands of illegal aliens are kept as they await processing.

Comments:

How long before US planes just fly to the countries of origin, load up anyone who wants to come here, & set them up in whatever location they desire? All gratis Dems via US taxpayers, of course.

What if they are drug dealer, sex traders or murderers? The legislators are either idiots or traitors, either way we need to get rid of them. Anyone who sneaks into our country without the proper paperwork is a criminal and should be treated as such.

Too many immigrants fleeing from socialist countries come here, become citizens, and then vote for Republicans. So the Biden administration is trying to be pickier about who they let in. Only likely Democrat voters are allowed.

If this proposal ever becomes law no illegal aliens will ever be subject to detention as just about all the illegal aliens being encountered at the borderline these days can easily claim that they can’t speak English and have some LGBTQ+ connection.

Once again the democrats carve out special treatment to anyone they think is in their camp. It reminds me of when Obama the great deceiver exempted certain people from penalties for not signing up with Obamacare, or when the dems mandated masks, distancing and vax's for other people but did what they dam well wanted themselves. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash is from my state, and I truly believe this hideous witch is only in that position because of the rampant vote fraud going on in Washington State. Many people are familiar with the account in the biblical Book of Genesis about the two sin-filled cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and their cataclysmic destruction.Yet many in this modern, scientific age struggle — or outright refuse — to accept that the cities ever really existed, much less that God wiped them out with fire from heaven. After all, to believe Genesis would be to accept that God is real, the Bible is true, and that God really does bring judgment against individuals, cities, and even whole nations if they stubbornly reject God and flagrantly disobey His commands.

We’ve reported some of them, including those from Jonathan Turley, Andrew McCarthy, and Alan Dershowitz, among others. But there’s a Twitter thread from Will Scharf that makes some interesting points that are not being picked up by the media. Scharf is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney who worked on two Supreme Court confirmations and clerked for two federal appellate judges. He’s also running for Missouri Attorney General. Despite all of that, Trump’s lead has actually increased among likely Granite State Republican primary voters over the last month, jumping from 39 percent support to 44 percent support — a five point increase. DeSantis fell six points over the last month, from 18 percent to 12 percent. This reflects an 11-point swing in Trump’s direction over the last month.
