Are the Canadian fires an act of eco-terrorism?

With fires raging in Canada and blanketing America’s northeast in thick orange smoke, leftists are again beating the “climate change” drum. Saner minds point to Justin Trudeau’s refusal to practice good forest management. But what if it’s neither of those things? It turns out that there’s compelling evidence suggesting that eco-terrorists set the fires to corral weary Westerners back into a climate change panic—and it won’t be the first time that’s happened. It was inevitable, once the fires started raging, that the leftists would raise the specter of climate change. Justin Trudeau insisted climate change was the culprit and again demanded a carbon tax to save the world. Bloomberg announced

They are an act of eco-neglect. No controlled burns, no logging to remove dead wood and debris.

Sadly, ecoterrorism is undoubtedly in its early stages ... unless it is cut off at the source. Part of the response might be the sh-sh-sh defense, which is shoot, shovel, and shut up.

We visited Banff and Jasper parks in 2018. There were large areas of dead trees due to insects. When we asked why there were no mitigations we were told that the affected areas were too large and would be too expensive to log/ameliorate.

In Canada forests are managed by provinces ( which means local politicians). So the driving principles are political rather than economic or logical. This is most obvious in the West where the US/Canada border runs east to west. On the south is thickly forested pine covered land managed by Georgia Pacific. On the north scraggly barren hills resulting from over harvesting granted by local legislatures to make for taxes they dare not raise.

What were the temps in the days before the smoke rolled into/over these panicked states? What has it been since? Clouds/smoke creates cooling... These fires are natural, and organic...Ma Nature causing Global Cooling.

Maybe not all the fires were these eco-terrorists, but I feel sure some were. The same with the shooters trying to take out the electric substations. I hate to say this, but the only response will be violence to protect our lives and property.

Regardless of what you think about the Trump indictment, it’s hard not to believe that it smacks of the Democrats’ endless attempts to nail Donald Trump for — something. We’ve gotten used to it over the past few years, and these legal maneuvers always seem to play out the same way. “We’re all familiar with the ‘Trump facing…’ news loop by now,” writes Freddy Gray at The Spectator. “America is stuck in Trump legal groundhog day — he’s remorselessly prosecuted, over and over, on so many fronts. He always responds the same way, protesting his INNOCENCE in capital letters on Truth Social, saying he can’t believe this is happening in America.

A leaked video shows that at least one Washington, D.C., cop—and likely more—acted on January 6 as apparent agent provocateurs, dressing as protesters outside the Capitol Building and urging protesters toward the iconic building. See the video below. Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) says the authenticated GoPro video raises the question of why police officers, who were identified as intelligence officers, were working to stir up the crowd of protesters instead of working to stop an assault on the Capitol. At one point in the video, the unidentified police officer equipped with the camera said to

Every week I listen to the podcast from the Bible Project, and hosts Tim Mackie and Jon Collins are currently in a series exploring the theme of the city in the Bible. Confession: this hasn’t been my favorite series of theirs because they approach the subject from the perspective of urban dwellers, which doesn’t interest me as one who lives along that exurban line between the suburbs and rural areas. The overarching theme of this series is that the city tends to represent both the best and worst aspects of human nature. (If you’re not interested in my theological columns, don’t worry. Anyone who says that minority groups do not play an important role in our government here in America know nothing of us. We fought a war with 700,000 dead to settle that issue. It's because of minority rights that we have both a Senate and a House of Representatives. One represents each state equally, the other the people by population. We even have the Electoral College that prevents larger states from dictating to smaller states. Of course, we have Democrats working to absolve that minority right. Dems are big on mob rule. Five presidents who won election to the presidency did not win the popular vote. Smaller states can

It turns out Dylan Mulvaney and Joe Biden weren’t a great advertisement for leftism. New Gallup poll results show the highest number of conservatives in America in a decade — and a decreasing number of self-identified liberals. As the Democrat party becomes more radical, the economy worsens, and it seems every institution is pushing sexual perversion for kids, it’s not surprising that more Americans are realizing they agree more with conservatives than they used to think. Sometimes it seems as if fiscal responsibility and cultural common sense are completely gone not only from Democrats but even from some establishment Republicans. Is that what’s behind the shift Gallup noticed? Gallup highlighted the

Many people are warning these days that the jaw-droppingly corrupt weapon of partisan vengeance known as the “Justice” Department, with its indictment of Donald Trump after steadfastly ignoring the crimes of Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden, is taking the nation down the road to dictatorship. And while that is a very real concern, some of the hysteria is overblown, not because the Biden regime actually respects loyal opposition and free discourse, but because the freedom of speech is already so severely eroded. The Boston Red Sox just showed that anew in their treatment of a pitcher who dared to utter unapproved ideas. Yeah, in America we have the First Amendment that

Yet the green image (and the subsidies) continue, impervious to the reality. (Snip) However, there are signs that the gravity of the practical problems with E.V. conversion are sinking in.
