Why Kari Lake Couldn't Close the Deal

Original Article

The 2022 stolen Arizona governor's election is an ideal template for 2024 — and it is equally a mirror reflection, with all the moving parts, of 2020. This week, Kari Lake lost, again, in a court that wouldn't have given her a victory had 240,000 citizens signed affidavits saying their ballots were stolen and changed at gunpoint. The courtroom exhibits may not have swayed the jurists, but those signature mismatches showed plenty of evidence that Kari Lake's election was stolen by a lack of signature verification — and more. Kari Lake's election is the template for important American elections from now on.

If the solution is to get the data from the democrat controlled election officials what makes the author believe they would comply? You have to get the data before you can analyze it and there is no way you are going to get your hands on it.

Excellent piece. Valentin perfectly lays out the problem and the failed legal remedies as well as the tech solution but he's gonna have to finish the picture. If we had real time data analysis, how does it help? Who stops the steal? Please explain bc Trumps and Lakes ballot harvest plan is tunnel vision folly.

There's no better way to invite trouble than to establish a distinctly unfair set of rules for people living among one another. Even dogs that are well fed will react to the other dog being fed more. ( I forget the study reference) I don't think that the democrat voters at large even know that their good liberty loving neighbors feel the iron boot of tyranny on our throats.

What do you think is going to happen with the millions of illegal aliens (migrants) who will be fraudulently registered to vote in 2024 in the big leftist and socialist run cities and states? As clearly the permanently out of political power Republicans in those places will not even have a clue as to what the Democrats who run the election processes and ballot counting there are doing.

AZ GA WI each have neverTrumper republicans controlling operations. In Wisconsin, its robin Vos who takes direction from Karl Rove. His control of the legislature has silenced and isolated Trump populist supporters who want voting reforms--- banning Dominion machines, drop boxes and mail in balloting. Vos would rather lose than let Trump win, a common sentiment among party regulars and graduated college republicans who like to run things badly. Donors need to cut off support at the state level until reforms are taken seriously.

In his letter sent to Arizona’s 15 counties, AZ State Senate Majority Leader Sonny Borrelli states that Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution gives state legislators the authority to make these sorts of changes to elections. Plenary power. Not toothless, not a "non-binding resolution", but the state senate exercising its power to take back a small part of our elections. Dems are crying foul and "nothing to see here, move along" hoping they will still be able to steal election after election. Really hoping that our state can turn this around and return to sanity. If the Democrats ideas are so good, why do they have to cheat to get their way, and then force them on us citizens?

I think Kari Lake's problem is also with the corrupt judiciary, much like what Trump's lawyers encountered. The leftist or global judges either just refuse to hear a case or dismiss a case or rule against them regardless of the evidence. The same was done to the attorneys attempting to litigate that Obama was not eligible to be president of the USA. All of the cases were told "you don't have standing."

I agree with #4. This issue is talked and argued to death. Democrats have been seriously cheating to win elections and getting away with it since the 1960 Presidential election. It has been documented that evidence was brought to Nixon proving that cheating was why JFK won. We never knew because Nixon did not want to cause massive upset in the country. The Republicans have been as steadfast in ignoring the massive cheating in important political races as the Democrats have continued to break election laws ever since. Republicans are still ignoring it and so we will continue to be in dire trouble. It is not rocket science.

Children of certain ages who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine face an elevated risk of heart inflammation, according to a new federally funded study. Vaccinated children aged 12 to 17 face a heightened risk of myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation, and a related condition called pericarditis, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) researchers found. The number of myocarditis and pericarditis events in that age group met the threshold for a safety signal, the researchers reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association on May 22.

Elections matter. But just as important is the quality of the electorate. One of my long-time and wise colleagues who has passed on, Professor Bertram Levin, some years ago pointed out to me the irony that a democracy can destroy itself by voting itself into communism. Chicago, a beautiful and once vibrant city, has proven the point. Brandon Johnson, the new mayor, is an avowed communist. His recent characterization of businesses as evil profit-mongers is sure to accelerate Chicago’s death spiral as businesses flee the city. Johnson should not be blamed; the electorate should. The quality of the electorate can have profound effects on society.

There are forces determined to destroy the American experiment (and they're not white supremacists, Joe). The most dangerous are attacking from within. They're using asymmetrical warfare to attack socially, economically, and ideologically to compromise our system of governance and bring about a new vision for America. Unfortunately, they use identifiers that hide their real intent. I've been struggling with what to call them. In my writing, I've tried a lot of names for the "fundamentally change America" insurgents. Many don't work because they are literally incorrect.

The Supreme Court has ruled unanimously in a delinquent taxpayer case that it is lawful for the IRS to secretly summons the bank records of third parties. In other words, the nation’s highest court recognized that the Internal Revenue Service is not required to notify third parties who are not under investigation when seeking a summons for banking records thought to be relevant to the tax delinquency of another person. One lawyer who briefed the Supreme Court said the new ruling gives the IRS “startlingly broad authority to pry into the financial records of people who may be only remotely connected to a delinquent taxpayer.”

The White House on Thursday released a broad national strategy to fight antisemitism, describing the initiative as unprecedented in scope amid a surge in anti-Jewish crime. However, the White House evaded an increasingly contentious debate over how to define antisemitism, avoiding a clear endorsement of a mainstream, widely accepted definition while simultaneously welcoming an alternative pushed by progressives who argue the former doesn't allow sufficient space to criticize Israel, the world's only Jewish state. The 60-page document details four pillars that undergird the strategy: increasing awareness and understanding of antisemitism and appreciation of Jewish American heritage,

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., slammed the Supreme Court's ruling Thursday that limited the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate bodies of water, calling it a "MAGA" court even though the decision was 9-0. On Thursday, the high court issued an opinion that narrowed the EPA's broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS). The court said the federal government must define WOTUS as a water source with a "continuous surface connection" to major bodies of water. The decision upended an attempt by the Biden administration to regulate wetlands, lakes, ponds, streams and other "relatively permanent" waterways, which had relied on a broad reading of the EPA's authority

The current reports of executive branch illegality make Watergate look like kindergarten mischief. It is clear from the Durham report and the work of House Republican hearings that the current scandals in the Biden White House – and senior bureaucracies at the Justice Department, IRS, and elsewhere – are much deeper and more cancerous than Watergate ever was. It may be hard to remember, but Watergate came about due to a weird, dumb, and fairly narrow set of criminal behaviors which mushroomed into 69 officials being indicted and 48 imprisoned. I remember Watergate vividly, because I first ran for Congress in 1974 during the Watergate scandal.
