The producers of a docudrama about the Hunter Biden scandals claim that their film has been banned in the Capitol for political reasons. Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney, the producers of My Son Hunter, told Secrets that Rep. Lauren Boebert’s (R-CO) request that their film be shown in the Capitol Visitor Center was rejected by the Architect of the Capitol’s office to block embarrassing the White House. “The Hunter Biden story is one of the most censored and suppressed stories of the past decade, and it seems the pattern is continuing despite constant emerging evidence showing that the movie My Son Hunter is much more a documentary than it is

The people managing Ron DeSantis previously planned to roll out his first in-person public appearance at a campaign kickoff next Tuesday at his childhood hometown in Dunedin, Florida. The team planned to use a little league field to represent the childhood background, apple pie and Americana image. Dunedin is a Tampa Bay suburb where DeSantis grew up and played Little League baseball. However, fearing backlash from Floria Republicans who are not happy with the deceptive 2022 gubernatorial campaign, in combination with a much larger polling of support for candidate Donald Trump, the DeSantis organizers cancelled the event. IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel told Congress the Justice Department (DOJ) made the decision to purge an IRS whistleblower from the DOJ’s probe into Hunter Biden, according to a letter sent to House Ways and Means Committee Chair Jason Smith (R-MO). Werfel’s letter on May 17 responded to Smith’s May 16 inquiry about concerns that a high-ranking IRS agent faced retaliation for raising red flags about alleged political interference in the tax probe of Hunter Biden. Werfel said the decision to remove a whistleblower from the tax investigation was at the DOJ’s direction, confirming what a second IRS whistleblower alleged Monday.

David French, renowned dork and New York Times columnist, desperately needs everyone to know he is in Ukraine, cheering on more American taxpayer-funded war. But only so long as it means he personally remains safe and gets to continue presenting himself as an important expert on foreign conflict. The Times reported on Monday that the critical Ukraine territory of Bakhmut had been turned to dust and is now occupied by Russian troops. It was unfortunate timing for French, who wrote just a day before how fabulously positioned Ukraine was to gain a strategic advantage now that the Biden administration has prolonged the affair by clearing the way to supply it

The House voted on May 23 to overturn the Biden administration’s rule on heavy-duty vehicles’ tailpipe emissions, the latest knock against the president’s environmental agenda in a closely divided Congress and the forerunner to an expected Biden veto. The short piece of legislation would roll back a rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for trucks in December 2022. The rule, which can be read here, “sets stronger emissions standards to further reduce air pollution, including pollutants that create ozone and particulate matter, from heavy-duty vehicles and engines starting in model year 2027,” according to the EPA.

Fox News’s Bret Baier assessed that the 2024 Republican primary will have to experience an earth-shaking development for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) to surpass former President Donald Trump. Baier joined America Reports to react to the news that DeSantis will officially join the 2024 presidential race in an upcoming Twitter Spaces event with Elon Musk. The Special Report anchor began with a nod to Fox contributor Karl Rove, who spoke before him about how Trump currently leads the GOP — adding things could change as the race goes on. LONDON — A London judge rejected Prince Harry’s bid to pay for his own police protection Tuesday, denying the royal’s request to challenge the U.K. government in court. The British government stopped providing security after Harry, the younger son of King Charles III, and his wife, the former actress Meghan Markle, quit their royal duties and moved to California in 2020. It then rejected his offer to pay for protection when he visits home. A lawyer for the government argued in court that it was not appropriate to allow hiring “police officers as private bodyguards for the wealthy.”

In a predictable act of cowardice, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced on Monday they are reinviting a radical, anti-Catholic LGBT group to the organization’s “Pride Night” next month. Originally, the Dodgers invited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence — a radical LBGT organization whose drag members mock Catholicism by dressing up as so-called “queer and trans nuns” — to its June 16 “Pride Night” game. The MLB team was slated to present the group with a “Community Hero Award.” After receiving much-deserved backlash from fans, Catholic groups, and Sen. California Gov. Gavin Newsom is reportedly considering appointing Oprah Winfrey to the Senate should Dianne Feinstein retire early. Newsom has promised to appoint a black woman to the seat, and Oprah is one among a list of contenders he's considering, according to the Associated Press. Appointing Winfrey would spare Newsom from tipping the scales in California's contentious primary race in 2024. In that case, the celebrity talk show host would serve as a place holder who would not pursue the seat for a full six-year term. Newsom's office could not be reached for comment on the matter.

On Tuesday, a U-Haul crashed into a barricade outside the White House grounds. Immediately, speculation that the driver was a “white supremacist” after a Nazi flag was allegedly pulled from the wreck. In fact, the flag was spread out and displayed for reporters by the FBI agents on the scene. Why did they do that? Someone will have to ask them, but the narrative became a lot more complicated after the driver was identified as Sai Varshith Kandula. Needless to say, he didn’t exactly fit the “white supremacist” profile. Now, in a move that is sure to spark much speculation, the DOJ has suddenly downgraded the charges involved.
