CBS accidentally commits journalism with
honest "tsunami of renewable waste" report

Original Article

True confession time. (Snip) Ardent supporters of all things progressive, we were therefore equally surprised when the CBS Evening News performed (what used to be known in the business as) an “act of journalism.” In a really thorough and honest (!) report, they went after the waste being generated by the renewables industry. (Snip) Driven primarily by wind and solar power, renewable energy sources surpassed coal for electricity generation in the United States last year, marking a significant milestone. However, as the industry expands, a new problem emerges: what to do with the mounting waste generated by worn-out solar panels and wind turbine blades.

Comments:

As the article points out, by 2050, MILLIONS OF TONS of retired windmill blades will have to be dealt with every single year. Not to mention untold acres of old, useless solar panels. Dealing with nuclear waste seems like a picnic compared to that.

Meanwhile, there are not enough raw materials to transition to Green Energy. EV's require 4 times more metal than ICE vehicles. And, at 10 years you have to replace the battery pack. So, at the 10 year mark we will have to double annual battery production as half go to new vehicles and half go to existing vehicles.

Hm. A 150 ft long worn out, deteriorated turbine blade which weights literally tons. Yeah, that's not going to fit in the trash compactor. And how about THOUSANDS of them? And they can't be recycled, either. Those things are glass fiber and various epoxy or vinyl ester resins, which do not melt, just burn. So, you could burn them....very nasty smoke and fumes, very toxic, and then I suppose some of the glass fiber might be melted down. But that is problematic for anything that is very thin, like fibers, because in melting there is a thin layer of material that oxidized which is then lost. If the part is a chunk of rusty steel, the rust is the oxidized part, and you lost a small fraction of the steel, maybe 1%. With thin fibers, the amount lost to oxidation is probably more like 50-90%. Solar panels....pure silicon, with some aluminum framing and thin lines of conductors. Silicon is pretty much becomes sand when oxidized, and has to be ULTRA pure to make solar cells. So of essentially zero market value to recycle when contaminated like used panels.

Soon they will have to change the propaganda slogan from "clean and green" to "garbage and green." Just another government lie to mask their stupidity.

And then we'll have EVs which weight much more than gas powered cars so they'll ruin the roads faster and collapse the parking garages.

Republicans are accusing the Department of Justice of “actively” seeking to “dissuade” the U.S. Marshals Service from enforcing 18 USC 1507 to protect the Supreme Court justices. In a May 3 letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Sens. Katie Britt of Alabama, Tom Cotton of Iowa, Ted Cruz of Texas, and Mike Lee of Utah reveal that they have obtained “post orders” dated May 19, 2022, that claim “USMS is not in a position to enforce” federal and state law. Yesterday, the third International COVID Summit was held at the European Parliament. As noted by the European Parliament Members in attendance, this was an historic event. The summit lasted all day, with many fantastic speakers. It was live streamed and recordings of the many speakers will be made available soon. The ICS summit covered all aspects of the pandemic, as well as the documentation of the increasing power grab by the World Health Organization to control public health and increased control by organized globalized entities throughout the world. For better or worse, I have had a front-row seat to the meltdown of twenty-first-century medicine. Many colleagues and I are alarmed at how the DEI agenda—which promotes people and policies based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, and sexual orientation rather than merit—is undermining healthcare for all patients regardless of their status. (Snip) Around that time, Penn’s vice dean for education started to advocate that we train medical students to be activists for “social justice.” The university also implemented a new “pipeline program,” allowing ten students a year from HBCUs (historically black colleges or universities) to attend its med school after maintaining a 3.6 GPA

As a child, I remember hearing about the great things the future would hold for my generation, and the generations that would come after. Flying cars, advanced healthcare, Utopian like living conditions. Instead, we have full grown men sexualizing children, groups pushing to “destigmatize” pedophilia, and an entire generation of children being taught to hate themselves, their parents, and their country. Children are being groomed into sterilizing themselves by receiving what the machine calls “Gender Affirming Healthcare”. (Snip) In just the last year, I have attended and exposed more “All Ages” or “Family Friendly” Drag Shows than I can count.

Trump was the most pro-life president of our lifetime. During his term, President Trump defunded Planned Parenthood, signed the Mexico City Policy that prohibited foreign aid for abortions, nominated pro-life judges to the Supreme Court, and was vocal in his support for the rights of the unborn. His actions were recognized by many pro-life groups and individuals as having a significant impact on the pro-life movement. So, why are these same pro-life groups who hailed Trump a hero suddenly abandoning him, now? There’s a very good reason, and you’re not going to like it one bit. Democrats in Congress, together with their allies among left-wing groups and in the media, are attempting a hostile takeover of the Supreme Court. Their current tactics demonstrate what “by any means necessary” really means. In the system of government America’s Founders gave us, limits on government are necessary to achieve its purpose of protecting liberty. Those limits include the separation of powers, federalism, a written Constitution, and a judiciary that will follow—rather than control—that Constitution. Limits like those help keep too much power from ending up in too few hands. The Left, however, is after power rather than liberty and, therefore, sees limits on government as obstacles

The forces determined to monopolize the public square through censorship, lies, and social pressure have devastated universities and scholarship generally, allowed a corrupt public health bureaucracy to ravage our lives, and stuck us with the most incompetent and corrupt leadership in our history. There are signs that this monopoly is hitting some bumps in the road, and if you are brave enough you can and should help the cause by fighting to keep your right to speak freely. One of the biggest forces behind the shifting tide is Elon Musk, who spent a fortune to unlock Twitter from government control. He speaks for me here:

They’ve been working towards this for decades, the psychopaths that run us. In The Weaponization of Loneliness, How Tyrants Stoke Our Fear of Isolation to Silence, Divide, and Conquer Us, a powerhouse of a book, Stella Morabito points out that between ten and fifteen percent of us are near-psychopaths and they almost always end up in leadership. Shorn of empathy for anyone but themselves, they see the world as something to master, other people as NPCs, non- playing characters who will obey or die. They are pitiless and they know best. I have read no better description of the people destroying our world.
