President Biden on Wednesday told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that he was the "Man of the Year" during a meeting between the two world leaders at the White House. During the sit-down, Biden reinforced that the U.S. stands with the people of Ukraine, as well as Zelenskyy, whom Biden said was a "great leader." "And by the way, we have a famous thing that occurs once a year, we pick the ‘Man of the Year’ in TIME magazine — you were the ‘Man of the Year’ in the United States of America, so welcome, we have a lot to talk about," Biden said before opening the floor to Zelenskyy.

Joe, Joe, Joe. Don't you know you can't say "Man" anymore? Try instead, "Person with Penis".

Fraud Biden doesn't know he just used a racist pronoun when he said, "Man of the Year". Hitler was even man of the year in the late 1930s. It was disgusting watching the war mongers with republican war mongers fawning over the UPS driver with Nancy Pelosi giving him an American flag doing her air karate chops hand jiving. I hate them all pouring money into securing the Ukraine border while ignoring the invasion at our southern border. FWDC

A Biden judicial nominee was unable to answer basic questions about the U.S. Constitution posed by Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., during a Senate hearing on Wednesday. Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, of Spokane County Superior Court in Washington State, was nominated by President Biden to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. During her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Bjelkengren could not answer Kennedy's questions about what different parts of the U.S. Constitution do and how courts might interpret laws.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced a bill that would ban the Biden Administration from selling oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR) to the communist country of China. Titled, Protecting America’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act, the House bill passed in a bipartisan vote of 331-97, with 113 Democrats voting in favor of the bill. [snip] Last year, the House Oversight Committee reported that the Biden DOE sold over nearly a million barrels of SPR oil to Unipec America, which is a company owned by the CCP. A deal that Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, made a profit from.

Does Jeff Bezos love football more than he loves newspapers? That’s a question getting tossed around the nation’s capital as its NFL franchise hits the block. Chatter is growing that Amazon’s billionaire founder is looking to clear the way for a purchase of the Washington Commanders by selling the Washington Post — with speculation boosted last month by leaked video of publisher Fred Ryan disclosing layoff plans at an unruly town hall meeting. The problem for Bezos reportedly is that the Commanders’ embattled owner, Dan Snyder, is still sore over the storied newspaper’s series of exposes alleging a toxic management culture at the team

The $1.7 trillion omnibus bill has passed congress, and it’s such a dumpster fire that it wasn’t even technically ready for the president’s signature. No, I’m not kidding. Congress apparently passed a bill that wasn’t prepared to be signed. They then had to pass another continuing resolution to keep the government running in the meantime. If that’s not the perfect metaphor for how awful our federal government is, then one doesn’t exist.

Twitter has certainly been an interesting place since Elon Musk’s acquisition of the company. Verification has become a paid service, causing widespread panic among the privileged who want to keep their status symbol exclusive. Then there’s been the fact that the social media site now allows a wide range of opinions that were formerly disallowed, which has the left, in general, losing its mind. But the most entertaining aspect of Twitter hasn’t been happening on the platform itself. Instead, it’s been happening among the company’s employee base.

A New York Times poll revealed that the Democratic candidate was leading the Republican candidate, 44 to 38. Another New York Times poll, taken days before the election, showed the candidates were running about even nationally. The results were horribly wrong. For New York voters, the Republican candidate won 47 to 44. Nationally, the candidates were far from even. The Republican defeated the Democrat 51 to 41. This wrong prediction was from 1980 and the presidential election between President Jimmy Carter and then-Republican nominee Ronald Reagan, and it's indicative of the unreliability of polling.
