President Volodymyr Zelensky has claimed that defeat in Bakhmut, despite the narrative that it is strategically unimportant, would result in the international community and a “tired” Ukrainian public pressuring him to compromise with Russia – which he does not want to do. (snip)Zelensky made not only a frank admission that the Joe Biden administration in the United States “really understands that if they stop helping us, we will not win,” but warned that defeat in Bakhmut could be a bigger blow to the Ukrainian war effort than some analysts believe — likely intended to put pressure on America not to slacken(snip) its financial(snip) Putin, he argued, “will sell this victory

There is no more appetite from the American public to see our hard earned money and munitions to go down your black hole either, Zelensky. We know the money's being laundered. We know the munitions are being sold to third parties (probably China). I'd love for the Ukraine, with or without you, to come to the table and end this thing now.

FTA: "In an interview with Associated Press executive Julie Pace, Zelensky made not only a frank admission that the Joe Biden administration in the United States “really understands that if they stop helping us, we will not win,” ...." Really? Big Bidet understands that? He's that smart? I thought his plan was based on the Peter Sellers movie "The Mouse That Roared." Or maybe it's just "ice cream", or "whatever you say" [to his caretakers]. FTA: "The current rate of Ukraine’s ammunition expenditure is many times higher than our current rate of production. This puts our defence industries under strain,” [the secretary general of NATO] lamented. Maybe we could create an exception in the Russia embargo to buy some ammo from them? Or, maybe just let the clowns drive away in their clown cars, over the cliff with our wagons tied to them.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but after watching our retirement funds getting hammered in the past two years I’m in no mood to be paying for the salaries and pensions of the Ukrainian people. Biden’s spending spree has unleashed inflation and he still continues spending.

You know, "peace", which means Zelensky stops getting to line his pockets with billions of US dollars and his wife has to stop going on luxury shopping trips to Paris, while his country stops getting bombed, the Ukrainian infrastructure stops getting destroyed, and the Ukrainian peasants stop getting killed and maimed?!?!?!? That "peace"?!?!?!? Zelensky cares nothing about his own peasants or his country. They are there to serve him, like any dictator believes. So Zelensky will only agree to peace terms when it won't profit him any more to keep this war going!!!!! There are no "good guys" in this war. Just evil (Putin) and evil (Zelensky)!!!!!

Everything about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is shallow fakery and manipulative astroturf. The term “astroturf” is given whenever a political operation attempts to generate the illusion of support where little to no support exists. Astroturf politics is pure fabrication and highlights the smallness of the candidate for whom the astroturf operation is conducted. George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley has issued a warning to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg over his politically motivated case against President Donald Trump. The legal scholar notes that New York judges, especially at the Appellate level, will not like the George Soros-funded prosecutor’s case against Trump. “This indictment, if it is reportedly following the theory that we’ve been talking about, is political,” Turley said. “It’s a raw political prosecution.

Every whiteboard is cleared, every distraction is removed, everything is now singularly focused on this corrupt and manipulative war that is going to take place in the battlefield of presidential politics with Donald John Trump at the center of it. I have prayed more in the past several weeks than in my entire lifetime and now we reach the phase where we lift our heads, get off our knees and confront this corrupt, conniving system. U.S. House lawmakers voted in support of an energy bill amendment that would prevent the Department of Energy from introducing energy efficiency standards that could outlaw most gas stoves on the market today. More than a dozen Democrats joined Republicans in supporting the measure, part of a Republican-led pro-fossil-fuel legislative package H.R. 1, also referred to as the Lower Energy Costs Act, which the Biden administration has vowed to veto.

While running his minimalist presidential campaign in 2020, Joe Biden’s handlers sold him as the wise, responsible, inside-the-Beltway moderate the country desperately needed after his allegedly renegade predecessor. What we instead received was arguably the least transparent administration in the nation’s history, populated by a series of radical activists who are driven by an agenda most Americans would reject (snip) That noxious combination of radicalism and lack of transparency was on display yet again this week when embattled Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas made a scheduled visit to Capitol Hill for questioning by senators. President Trump’s departure from the White House brought back the Dark Ages of the deep state’s ownership of the federal government. The new regime seeks to punish his supporters as well as destroy him. The destruction of East Palestine, Ohio, epitomized the cruel nature of the vengeance of our government on those who dared want to make America great again. The village is poor and white (98%) and voted overwhelmingly for Trump. The EPA used a train wreck as an opportunity to inflict pain. The administration never acknowledged the heartbreak. Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed legislation into law on Friday that added firing squads as an alternative method of execution for the state’s death-row inmates. The bill—dubbed House Bill 186—stipulates that the form of capital punishment will only be used if the state is unable to obtain the drugs needed to perform lethal injections. “I have not given up on the state’s ability to require the chemicals,” Little wrote in a transmittal letter (pdf) after signing the bill. “And, I believe the bill I signed into law last year helped expand options that would not have been available without it.”
