Former President Donald Trump will be facing at least one felony charge in his Manhattan case, the Associated Press reported moments ago. While Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has yet to formally release a list of the charges against Trump, it is believed charges stemming from allegedly falsifying records will be raised from misdemeanors to felony levels. The charges come related to allegations the former president paid Michael Cohen $130,000 in “hush money” to send to Stormy Daniels,

Sounds pretty thin to me but I guess that's what I expected. As if President Trump falsifies his own "records", balances his checkbook and keeps a ledger using invisible ink. If he sells his mugshot, I'm getting everybody one for Christmas!! MAGAMAGAMAGA Trumps everything!!!

The only false record keeping was on behalf of Michael Cohen. This goes back to Donald Trump and trusting people to do the right thing. I sure hope Donald Trump is being honest and forthcoming with the truth. If he truly did not have a fling with Stormy Daniels, then fight the defamation of his character. Stormy Daniels, herself, posted on a social media account that there was no affair between her and Donald Trump. I am very skeptical of Michael Cohen.

Total bovine excrement, as we expected. Claiming a line item on your own records as "legal expenses" is akin to claiming "truck expenses" on your tax return as "car expenses" and the IRS claiming that you lied. Pure nonsense that will make Alvin Bragg look like the little Chipmunk who ate and ate until he became bigger than a watermelon and twice as stupid.

This is not news. Those of us who have been listening/reading know that the misdemeanor charge(s) had a two year statute of limitations. Bragg had to pretzel at least one into a felony to extend that to five years. How he got it to now is anyone’s guess.

I believe in most jurisdictions there is only one crime that has no statute of limitations and that's murder so, for comrade bragg to dig up a felony consideration in this matter none apply due to their individual statute of limitations application

But Chicago is afflicted with a deadly combination: a police department that walks on eggshells for fear of being accused of brutality, thus making far fewer arrests, and a local prosecutor who believes it’s more important to impose her idea of “restorative justice” than enforce the law. The city’s police department is under a Department of Justice consent decree that does little to address the real, systemic problems on the Chicago police force but adds reams

At least one parent considered the image pornographic. Hillsdale explained, “This drama around teaching Michelangelo’s ‘David” sculpture, one of the most important works of art in existence, has become a distraction from, and a parody of, the actual aims of classical education. Of course, Hillsdale’s K-12 art curriculum includes Michelangelo’s ‘David’ and other works of art that depict the human form.
