Donald Trump on Tuesday set out his plans to dismantle what he calls the 'deep state' and root out corruption in Washington, issuing a video statement as he waits to be indicted by a New York grand jury. It is reportedly finishing hearing evidence and could make a decision on Wednesday about whether the former president should face charges in connection with hush money paid to Stormy Daniels. The case has reignited Trump's accusations that Democrats have weaponized key institutions against him. More red meat blather for the true believers. Reorganizing government and moving offices requires congressional approval...and that is unlikely. Let's just return to the halcyon days of patronage from top to bottom and call it even. Elections would have real consequences then...fire them all, baring in your own...if you can find them.

FBI authorities purged from its system an unclassified intelligence document that targeted traditional Catholics following a whistleblower leak. FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin says the document, first published in UncoverDC, specifically points to “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists in radical-traditionalist Catholic ideology.” Through tripwires and liaisons, which are trusted contacts, Seraphin noted, the FBI can employ threat mitigation against such groups ahead of the next election. The document draws attention to the so-called Radical-Traditional Catholic, described as someone who rejects the Second Vatican Council as a valid church council, shows disdain for most of the popes elected

In April 2020, with nothing else to do, my family took an enormous number of hikes. We all wore cloth masks that I had made myself. We had a family hand signal, which the person in the front would use if someone was approaching on the trail and we needed to put on our masks. Once, when another child got too close to my then-4-year-old son on a bridge, he yelled at her “SOCIAL DISTANCING!” These precautions were totally misguided. In April 2020, no one got the coronavirus from passing someone else hiking. Outdoor transmission was vanishingly rare  CORRECTION*

Even before Congress and President Joe Biden give the final OK for the IRS to hire 87,000 more agents in an $80 billion package, the tax agency is revealing a priority job category that could get first dibs on the huge budget expansion. On its jobs page is a listing of vacancies for special agents to be placed around the country to root out financial fraud. But these are opening for more than just financial experts: They will also be armed. Among the job requirements listed: “Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.”

Big Apple Mayor Eric Adams wants to take his quarrel with Governor Greg Abbott to Texas, threatening on Tuesday to bus New Yorkers to the Lone Star state to get out the vote against the southwestern Republican. 'I already called all of my friends in Texas and told them how to cast their vote,' Adams said. "I am deeply contemplating taking a busload of New Yorkers to go to Texas and do some good old fashion doorknocking, because for the good of America we have to get him out of office.'Abbott is facing former Democratic flavor-of-the-month Beto O'Rourke in the November gubernatorial general election.

It may seem radical to say it these days, but it’s true: America is a nation founded on Judeo-Christian values. Words from scripture are inscribed on our money and our most hallowed institutions, including Congress, the US Supreme Court and state capitols everywhere. Our Declaration of Independence acknowledges our “Creator” as the being from whom all our rights flow. This does not mean that other religious groups are not welcome in America. Of course they are. People who practice no religion at all are also welcome. But while the First Amendment guarantees the free exercise of religion,

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO. The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right. “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes. “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” he writes in the document, labeled as the “Opinion of the Court.”

New federal lawsuit seeks to halt Texas’ border trespassing arrests, give more than $5 million to illegally detained migrants. In a new challenge to Gov. Greg Abbott’s controversial border security crackdown, a lawsuit filed Wednesday is asking a federal court to shut down Texas’ system of arresting migrants en masse along the Texas-Mexico border, and make the state pay more than $5 million to men who were illegally imprisoned under the system. The lawsuit comes nearly a year after Abbott first ordered Texas police to arrest men suspected of illegally crossing the border on misdemeanor trespassing charges.

Eric Coomer is the former Director of Security and Product Strategy for Dominion Voting Systems. After the 2020 election debacle, where votes in at least five states had very suspicious results while running Dominion computer systems, center-right journalists made common-sense observations that the results appeared rigged. One journalist, who had infiltrated a conference call filled with Antifa-sympathizing callers, remembered that on the call “Eric from Dominion” was going to ensure that Trump did not win re-election. The mainstream media has spent a year bullying and suppressing the thousands of eyewitnesses, filed affidavits, investigations and proceedings meant to uncover the big fraud.

More than 140 million Americans have had the coronavirus, according to estimates from blood tests that reveal antibodies from infection — about double the rate regularly cited by national case counts. The estimates, compiled by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, show that about 43 percent of the country has been infected by the virus. The study shows that the majority of children have also been infected. The data goes through late January, when the omicron variant of the coronavirus was causing more than 500,000 cases a day, meaning the number of Americans now infected is considerably higher

On Tuesday, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted a purported screenshot of the app, showing what appeared to be the former president's first post on the service. "Get Ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!" the elder Trump's message said.

Yeah, who knew? As a non-coffee drinker in a coffee-obsessed world, I’m pleased to know that at least in this case, I’m not a genetically-coded “inherently racist” white supremacist, by virtue of my whiteness. I am a “cis” white male, though, so I do qualify as “all of the above” in every other ridiculous left-wing sense, so there’s that. Anyway, a recent idiotic article posted on Afru.com makes the argument that drinking coffee perpetuates white supremacy. Yeah. The ridiculous piece suggests that because coffee was “created by black people,” if you enjoy drinking the stuff, you’re “helping an industry built on racism.”

The fungus, Candida aurist, has caused illness and death since it was first detected in the United States. The CDC rates it as an “urgent threat”, the highest level of concern.
