Donald Trump's call for Americans to "protest", after claiming he will be "arrested on Tuesday", has sparked an angry reaction online, with commentators comparing it to the rhetoric used ahead of the January 6 2021 attack on Congress. Speculation has been growing for weeks that Trump is about to be indicted by the Manhattan district attorney's office, for allegedly breaching campaign finance laws to arrange a payment of $130,000 in hush money to adult movie star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election. On January 6 2021 hundreds of Trump supporters stormed Congress in a bid to stop Joe Biden's 2020 presidential election result from being certified. In the ensuing mayhem,

It's not "protest", it's protest. Cities won't burn but it's legal to get noisy in front of TV and cell phone cameras. But the media is back to paying attention to him again on social media - that's why he returned to Facebook and YouTube. His supporters pay more attention to that than to legacy media; and he will begin his public presidential campaigning in the next 7 days.

I wish he had not said that word. Protest! We saw what the Democrats did with the Jan 6th "Protest". I think Conservatives should stay miles away from this one. Don't let the Democrats put their own "Protesters" in and then blame everything on MAGA! One way or another, President Trump will get out of this Sham, just like he got out of everything they've thrown at him so far!

Soooo...they are spending millions to prosecute him for paying a blackmailer/extortionist by calling it a "campaign expense". Are they also going to prosecute the accuser, the attorneys and others involved for NOT declaring the whole thing as a "Contribution" to Trumps opponents? By their own reasoning Isn't this whole persecution a campaign donation to Trumps opponents? In fact...a compilation of the Media/News minutes generated, multiplied by advertising rates at the various outlets constantly pushing these stories would generate a "Real Number" for use in their "Contribution" calculus...that THEY have not declared, and neither have Trumps opponents declared as having received..

#1, Trump supporters won’t be burning and looting. But there is no guarantee that those pretending to be Trump supporters, as on J6, won’t be heeding their own call to “protest” again. They are only called “mostly peaceful protestors” when they create mayhem against American sovereignty.

I would never be surprised to see the US government crackdown on dissidents as harshly as China or Russia. It's the same mentality at work. The people going after Trump are looking for a fight. They want a fight. It gives them justification. We can have the equivalent of Tiananmen Square in the USA.

Trump didn't call for a protest on Jan. 6th. He offered 12,000 national guard troops to protect the Capitol because of intel he received weeks before. His offer was turned down by Piglosi, and the racist mayor of D.C. This protest is different, this is a government out of control and doing everything it can to take the one leader that's proAmerican out of the picture. This is an attack on the average citizen. They've tried to get Trump on everything including the kitchen sink, and they've made up charges to do it. The real antiAmerican who has really broken the law is Biteme. If there are protests, they might not be the peaceful protests of Jan. 6th. The government may have finally found the straw that breaks the camel's back this time.

America needs a call to prayer. It would be a wonderful & awesome thing to see every house of worship filled with special prayer for our country tomorrow. But, whether or not that happens, WTP need to continue to pray without ceasing. James, through inspiration of the Holy Spirit, wrote “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”(James 5:16) Deuteronomy 6:17 You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies and his statutes, which he has commanded you. 18 And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may go well with you, and that you may go in and take possession of the good land that the Lord swore to give to your fathers. Colossians 3: 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. And - let us not forget to pray for our enemies (Matthew 5). Pray that their eyes be opened to recognize what is right & wrong in God’s sight & to choose to do right. There have been reports of some who are awakening to the fact that “woke” means walking after the ways of man & being blind to the ways of God. Who, except God, knows whether His providence will open their eyes? May it be so! Regardless of anything that is happening, or will happen, our first line of defense before any action is always faithful, trusting, fervent, reverent, prayer to Jehovah God. May He have mercy and bless US.

A coalition of midsize banks sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the FDIC), the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Reserve requesting that the FDIC insure all their deposits for the next two years, according to Bloomberg. The request comes amidst a banking crisis that started earlier this month with the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and then Signature Bank. The group wrote: “Doing so [insuring all deposits] will immediately halt the exodus of deposits from smaller banks, stabilize the banking sector and greatly reduce chances of more bank failures,”

Last week, we learned that the Manhattan district attorney’s office was preparing to indict former President Donald Trump as early as next week. On Saturday, Trump responded to those reports, saying his potential arrest would occur on Tuesday. He also called for protests over the blatant abuse of the justice system that has been targeting him for years. Then, on Sunday, the potential indictment and arrest was put on hold, reportedly over a new surprise witness, though it was unclear whom that witness would be… until now. Trump posted on Truth Social that “the most important witness” will testify before the grand jury on Monday. According to Trump, the surprise

My mom used a pressure cooker that was the terror of the household. It bounced around all over the counter and, unless the heat was applied and the pressure released with incredible care, it was like having a bomb in the kitchen. When I look at what the Democrats are doing in America, I am reminded of that pressure cooker. Their latest scheme is to Trump’s arrest even as they announce that they are doubling down on persecuting the almost entirely peaceful J6 protesters who unwittingly trespassed in the Capitol.
