Marjorie Taylor Greene wants Americans to get a national divorce, and the only question is who gets custody of Puerto Rico. Actually there are other questions, such as: why the hell are we talking about this again? And: why is a member of the United States House of Representatives advocating breaking up the United States? And: which third party gets to be the divorce lawyer? Because there is no way Canada is telling me how much alimony I have to pay. At the rate things are going, sadly it will either be a "national divorce" or Civil War 2!!! The more evil I see the lie-berals do, the more I see them driving this great republic to becoming a third-world cesspool of communism with them as the ruling Politburo. You can stick your head in the sand (like Matt Purple) and pretend it isn't happening, but it is. As it stands, we are simply a couple of Supreme Court justices away from losing most of our existing constitutional rights.

People who have divorced their spouses pretty much know when the point is reached when the differences are not reconcileable and the hatred begins to set in. America reached that point around 2008 when an illegal alien was placed in the White House with no vetting and they did not care.The left is still drifting further leftward, causing the entire country to go downhill. If we divorce, five years from now, the left half of the country will collapse on itself and we will run everything in a relatively conservative way again.

There are different kinds of divorces, including portions of states wanting to withdraw from one state, and join another. There is also a divorce from DC, and the return of power to the states. Neither of those require a national divorce. We could also divorce from communism and socialism. How about a divorce from affirmative action, equity, and racial theories? How about a divorce from the climate hoax, and EV's? Yeah, I favor a divorce, and not just one.

The Left is now bona fide Marxist/Communist party, both Marxism and communism are diametrically opposed to a Free Constitutional Republic, they simply can't coexist. I can see the country splitting in two. It would take a few years to get it right but in the end we would have one country where the citizens would be hard-working, God fearing, patriotic, law abiding citizens and in the other country would be all the democrats.

God is usually pretty fair. He didn't give MTG much in the way of looks but he gave her a working brain. In contrast you have Me-Again Markle and 95% of hollywood women. They there's Whoopi, Chelsea, Maxine Waters and Joy Behar who were hiding behind the door when the goodies were passed out.

The Left does not compromise. The Right tries to reach consensus by negotiation, but the Left does not negotiate either. If this is true, then now that the Left has learned to manipulate national elections and has complete control of just about every major institution; Intelligence agencies, FBI, DOJ, Hollywood, the national media, academics, the leadership of the military, big pharma (is there even a small pharma?), etc, how does anyone foresee a reconciliation between the two? There can be no reconciliation as there are no shared values, morality, or vision, between the Left and the Right. Sorry #29, I would support those things too if it wasn't costing our taxpayers probably a trillion dollars by the time it is all said and done -- and the best we can probably hope for is that things will be how they were before the war started. To too many of our politicians, a few billion dollars a day in cash and weapons to Ukraine is fine as long as we don't have to do anything. But when this becomes a full-fledged WW-3, and our boys (and sadly our girls too) will be dying there, I'm guessing MTG and the rest of the politicians that feel like her are going to seem much saner to people like you!!!

A couple of recent articles in The New York Times show just how annoyed the national media is getting at so far being unable to find something wrong with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Why hasn’t he called Donald Trump a fathead on Twitter yet?! Where are all the women who want to accuse him of being a rapist?! Why won’t he back down from positions that are popular with voters?! Admittedly, it’s never too late for any one of those scenarios to become a reality, and Republicans rarely justify high hopes. Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California was hospitalized in recent days with shingles and is now being treated in her hometown of San Francisco, her office announced Thursday. Feinstein missed a key vote Wednesday when the Senate voted 50 to 46 to block a Biden administration rule allowing retirement fund managers to consider environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in investment decisions. She has also missed a pair of Senate Judiciary Committee hearings. 'I was diagnosed over the February recess with a case of the shingles.
