When the Dobbs decision was handed down, there was much cause for celebration among those on the right. I remained skeptical. First, I believe that it is going to be impossible to legislate or litigate abortion out of existence. I think that requires a change of heart on the part of abortion proponents. And I’m not holding my breath. Second, I knew that the Left would never take no for an answer on the matter.
I was not surprised by the protests, the guerrilla warfare tactics of attacking pro-life centers, or the efforts to find workarounds to get women to states that offered abortions.

No, it doesn't, Judge K-K. That was creative interpretation on your part. Abortion was not on the minds of our constitutional framers nor the DC elites who amended it.

More evidence that when libtards can't win an argument honestly, they always resort to bastardizing the English language.

If Americans agree with abortion on demand, then democrats can get their very own Constitutional Amendment clearly saying so.

If pregnancy is slavery, to whom is the mother a slave? it can only be the fetus, and since only persons can own property, that means the fetus is a person.

And she will instruct the jury that they can consider that when abortion is not completely available the woman's rights are being violated. It will take awhile and lots of money for these people to be protected from the animus of this woman. She is not a judge, she is an activist.

This liberal judge also blocked PDJT’s banning transgenders in the military, saying there was no legal support for the ban.

Did you read rhe op-ed piece by Koppelman, a Northwestern U law professor who came up with the slavery angle that “inspired” this loopy judge? Yes. A great big reach. A leap.

I'll say it as many times as I need to: Whatever your position may be on abortion as a general proposition, terminating a pregnancy AFTER FETAL VIABILITY is a different matter entirely which cannot be justified in any system of philosophy and though it may be made LEGAL by regulation, law, or Constitutional amendment, it will always be IMMORAL and deserving of PUNISHMENT.

The 10th Amendment is still the 10th Amendment.

By not taking advantage of all of the options to not get pregnant, including easily available birth control, aren't women voluntarily selling themselves into slavery using the judges logic? There is no comparison between slavery and abortion. Abortion is by choice due to poor choices (usually). Slavery was not by choice.

The right to life is unalienable. Thinking it’s different doesn’t make Murder of an unborn human legal.

well. any kind of interpretation is possible and most likely probable because, after all, the Constitution is a "living document", right?

Typical. Lose in court, hire lawyers to search for loopholes. If there are none, make some up.

For the millionth time, the Supreme Court did not outlaw abortion. They returned it to the states to decide. The left pretends abortion is outlawed so they can whip up ignorant people. And their tactic is working very well.

So this stupid broad Koller-whatever says the SCOTUS is too stupid to have gotten it right? I'm sure that'll hold up on appeal!

Now they're REALLY stretching!! SCOTUS needs to slap this one down quickly and firmly. And no woman is "forced" to be pregnant. This is NOT "The Handmaid's Tale" come to life!! Birth control is readily available, condoms can be bought over the counter, and in extreme cases, tubal ligation is a permanent solution. Or they can just keep their legs closed!
