Donald Trump's role in hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels will be under the microscope of a grand jury today, it was reported on Monday afternoon.
Prosecutors in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office are laying out their case, which could potentially lead to criminal charges, according to the New York Times. She claims to have slept with Trump in 2006, which the former president denies. He was married to former First Lady Melania Trump, who had given birth to their son Barron less than six months before their brief fling. Trump's former personal lawyer Michael Cohen previously admitted to paying $130,000

I think Alvin Bragg has so much time on his hands because he allows criminals go free, he's probably bored and his inner leftist takes over...

Assuming this is true (a rather large assumption), the only crime would be blackmail. The victim paying a blackmailer is not illegal.
But sure glad they are doing this important business, instead of prosecuting the ANTIFA terrorists who burned and looted.

I wish these azzholes would just give it all a rest...I'm so tired of them trying to bring down Trump...the BEST president we have had since probably Regan...better for sure than his 3 or 4 predecessors....especially the muzzie in chief who did more to set back race relations than anyone, ever...

Gee...not a mention of Trump winning a civil suit against her, over these very allegations, and her having to pay HIS lawyers/costs.
One would think SDNY would be more focused upon the $10's of Millions of dollars in campaign contributions tied to the FTX ponzi fraud, and the dozens of Democrat politicians/organizations that have already scrambled to give equal amounts to "Charity" in attempts to offset their culpability in campaign finance violations. Clear proof of "Guilty Knowledge", rather than retry a closed case that costs more to investigate than the $amounts involved.
Methinks it is time for some "Misuse of Office" investigations/charges, particularly since these elected prosecutors raised and spend campaign funds while promising to provoke these same blatantly partisan persecutions.

Just a thought of DJT is terrifying to dims. They will raise a statue to anyone who can remove him from their psyche. Look at all of the scum they and their media have promoted just because they thought they would destroy the bete noire.

Just consider the source of this drivel.
The "Daily Mail" is a British "rag sheet" that is about 50 steps below "The National Enquirer" for journalistic integrity. During his administration, they printed one lie after another about President Trump -- usually by "unnamed" or "anonymous" sources. They were always wrong, but gave the lie-berals of the world some rumors to spread like they were gospel truthy.

This allegedly happened 17 years ago. Isn't there a statute of limitations? How can this situation still have legs after all this time?

They keep trying to tarnish Trump so bad that he will not be re-elected in '24. Sorry to disappoint them, but that will also not work. I doubt he will losing any votes, he'll probably gain some.

Maybe Bragg can investigate how many politicians charged $100,000+ per seat at dinners, and how many "Famous" people paid to fill those seats...how much did Bragg make from those dinners? Those same people? Many of them politically active and members of the media....some who make yuuuuuge money from the porn industry,

Extortion and blackmail are illegal. It is NOT illegal to PAY an extortionist and blackmailer. If a grand jury is looking into Trump payments, Trump is not the one who should be worried.
