Disney’s first animated movie with a

In 2021, Disney greenlit Strange World, an animated movie about a family journeying through a mysterious land to save a resource that’s losing its energy. Bob Iger, who is returning to Disney to “save” it from Bob Chapek’s sad tenure, was still on board in 2021, so he must have greenlit it. That’s a relevant fact because the movie bombed at the box office. Coincidentally or not, the movie has an openly gay subtext as one of the main male characters crushes on another boy. Before the movie opened, the media wanted audiences to know about the gay romance, probably under the mistaken belief that audiences would care:

Nothing like labeling the entire gay population as “unhealthy” people. There are many of us who lead productive, healthy lives and have long-term relationships who live right in “normal” neighborhoods. I reject this author’s premise, and frankly, as a gay conservative, I’m offended by the characterization. While zi agree with the anti-Disney-gay theme of the article, it serves no purpose but to illustrate what a gay-hater this author is.

FTA: “most heterosexuals are not interested in gay romance”. It’s far more than that. Heterosexuals are at 98.6% of society the normal, natural embodiment of mainstream human culture. Homosexuals ( agreeing to the term ‘gay’ is the first step of cultural capitulation) are an abnormal 1.4% minority fringe element. Tolerance is understandable but acceptance or adoption are out of the question.

“Boy Crush?” A normal kid would never come up with this BS on his own. This has to be planted in their craniums as normal in kindergarten or earlier. Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, John Wayne, Ozzie and Harriet, Cap Guns and Daisy Red Ryders made for strong normal America. Not one that is confused about the plumbing he was given at birth or what to do with it.

When your identity and value depend on your sexual proclivities and your skin color, you have a pretty shallow existence. No wonder so many people commit suicide. Living life where the only thing that matters is sex and skin, you are in for a rude awakening when you try to make your way in life as an accomplished human being. That’s about as shallow as it gets. But then, there are at least two very lazy generations believing this crap. They are not willing to work hard, to delay gratification, or to use self-discipline. I cannot imagine living life without actually accomplishing something rather than leaning on my sex and my skin to gain affirmation.

#1, I know several gay conservatives who own businesses, live their lives and shun Pride demonstrations because they don't want to be associated with the flamboyant extroverts and worse who show up at these events. People like my friends have no place in movies and TV shows though. I have read a couple of reviews of that latest Disney movie and talked to someone who saw it. She said the characters were so unlikable and the story was mundane.

#1...I'm an old man pushing into my 8th decade. Like most folks we all have known or know homosexuals throughout our lives. Coaches teachers military family business work. Plain normal life's relationships. Some were regarded with esteem and respect. Hard working honest people.Never knew any that were "light in the loafers". But somewhere along the way that went to hell. HIV and its long filthy tail of debauchery came to light. The cause and effect were shoved down Americas, the worlds throat . People including some from the gay community recoiled from the ever present demand that society accept the down low of the entire world of the perversion. Sorry but that is just a fact.

If you believe this failure will stop their depraved agenda, think again. They will go bankrupt before they stop pushing the gay agenda. Successful companies who will sacrifice their success for this anti-family agenda cannot stop. They are too committed to the depraved agenda. It has become like a religion to them and they will martyr themselves and their companies to show their piety.

Disney is pushing movies featuring gays on the gays and the woke under the very delusional idea that this is a huge market. It obviously isn’t. They can either face this reality or continue to lose money. Their choice, but eventually the Board of Directors may have other ideas.

I always stop watching ANY TV show that introduces homosexual characters. We used to watch NCIS: New Orleans for years, but when they brought in a lesbian character....that was IT. Stopped watching and I think the show is now off the air. Must have been plenty more who stopped watching. Bring on the homosexuals, and watch your ratings tank. Predictable. Normal people generally are at least uncomfortable with these people, and many are like me, just unwilling to support any financial endeavor whatsoever that supports and "celebrates" homosexuality as if it was normal. It is NOT normal, and it is sinful, and I won't abide it. I have no interest in harming homosexuals, or attacking them in any way, but WILL NOT support them or anything associated with them.

The heck with all the above. The film is just ugly. The Strange World looks like some creature's innards. (Is it?) The creatures in the Strange World seem to have no rhyme or reason - just how weird could the artist make them. The characters are all unappealing-looking, formulaic and look like they are made of plastic. (Better to match the action figures, I guess.) Just ick.

Re#1: Homosexuality is not a lifestyle. It is an origin, an incubator and a vector for new and deadly viruses and bacterial infections. Mixing saliva, blood, semen and fecal matter and then churning those ingredients together in a warm, moist environment is guaranteed to produce exotic and harmful biological results. Heterosexual partners who practice anal copulation achieve the same results. Not recommended for anyone.

One thing the Left fails to recognize is the sad human fact that, for the majority of young men, romance is nice but totally unnecessary. Women, on the other hand, crave romance. It has always been this way. It's unimaginable that Walt Disney's dream has been so horribly corrupted.

Ron DeSantis is getting the lion’s share of national attention for his sweeping victory...adding almost 20 points to his margin of victory in 2018, when he barely won the governorship. Among his pillars of support was his strong opposition to COVID shutdowns of businesses and schools and his opposition to vaccine mandates. But 2 other statewide races on Tuesday featured incumbent candidates who vigorously fought against COVID shutdowns and mandatory vaccines. And in both races the incumbents won victories with even bigger margins than DeSantis. In Kentucky, with 87% of the vote counted, Rand Paul is winning re-election to the Senate with a 22.8% margin)
