Michele Swinick was an election judge in Maricopa County on election day last week. Following the election Michele stepped forward to discuss what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day.
Michele worked at a center in a heavily Republican district. According to Michele, the tabulators worked perfectly well the night before the election. Then on Election Day they quit working. Only 1 in 10 ballots were accepted through the tabulators. The officials were told to put the defective ballots into a different section called “Door 3.”

And Kari Lake's opponent, Hobbs was still in charge of running Arizona's election while running for governor at the same time? You can't make this stuff up. And given the voting-counting fraud under her direction, she magically has the lead against Lake. Hobbs you cheater, why don't you just come right out and congratulate yourself for one of the best election frauds ever perpetrated against the American public.

Of course they were...Bitemes' 'greatest election fraud ' machine at work...we will never have honest elections again until: ONE day voting, NO drop boxes, NO ballot harvesting, NO poll workers hovering over you and 'helping',(if you can't do it by yourself you don't deserve to vote), NO mail in ballots, NO electronic machines of any kind in the polling place, if you aren't in the poll book, you don't vote, NO absentee unless a Dr. ceritifies you can't get to the polls, VOTER ID REQUIRED...none of those stupid 'I Voted' stickers, instead your thumb in an inkpot....

Ms Swinick should complain to the Arizona Secretary of State. That’ll fix it!
Oh … wait.

The American People have lost this country and they have lost any say in their future. That is what happens when you destroy the integrity of voting and the credibility of all Governmental institutions. Those supporting the Democrats may be joyous and believe they are safe but eventually they will be eaten up as well by the government apparatus. The Republicans lost this election because 1) They presented no vision 2) they took no steps to stop this cheating.

Whoever did it needs to be interrogated, charged, and hung. Along with the people that ordered it.

Imagine what could be learned about the GLOBAL election fraud machine if it were legal to waterboard Katie Hobbs and then working our way up the food chain.
Guillotine for her, Zuckerberg, the Murdocks, Zelenskyy and thousands of others.

And even if proven, nothing will be done about it. Some of us peasants will complain on websites and to each other, and some of us will even remember it long into the future, but none of our Republican elite 'leaders' will actually do anything to correct it.

...and you Republicans in AZ didn't do anything about that by letting Hobbs continue to run the election board

theres a difference between 'ballots' and legitimate chain of custody signed sealed delivered votes;
there's a difference between goebbellist uniparty mccainiacs and MAGA america- first patriots.

So with these irregularities, where is the legal system to put this “election” down?

Am I correct in assuming Michele Swinick is not a real judge and has no real authority?
I'd say prove your case in a court of law, but already know where it's heading. You have to prove fake invalid ballots in numbers enough to flip an election, not malfunctioning ballot machines.
The looters are in charge. This nonsense cannot go on forever. We do not have the money. Wait and see what happens when the money is all gone. It won't be pretty.

I probably read too many murder mysteries, but Door 3 sounds like a Mafia option. So does the Biden Administration. Oh, now I remember his statement about the past election. Hmm

Well folks...WE were ambushed again...and the democrats thanks to Obama and soros ran roughshod over Arizona voters...and of course Nevada....it's a lost cause until WE have a Constitutional Convention and change the voting to voter ID...one day voting...paper ballots...and justice for the people...here's a message to the smuck democrats that gloat over their hollow victory....now...WE will pick up the pieces and move forward to a better day....

Kari Lake and the Arizona voters were robbed of their votes and will now be governed by someone they did not elect. Kari needs to ask for a recount and can hope to find an ethical judge who is not in the pocket of the Democrats. Good luck.

To LC Chihuahua (#12) - An election judge is primarily responsible for checking a person's ID to vote and issuing a ballot to that person. It has nothing to do with the law. I was surprised this Michele Swinick could say the equipment worked fine the night before because in the county I worked in as a poll center volunteer, the tablets from which ballots are issued and the tabulator that the ballots go in are not unsealed and set up until the morning of the election. All of those broken seals have to be accounted for. All of the equipment in our county is tested prior to being delivered to the voting centers, not the night before. Perhaps Maricopa County does things differently.

That's exactly what needs to happen number 2 but there are two chances of that happening slim and none. Covid was a God send for the Democrats and now they have broken the code on how to cheat to win elections. Never again will Republicans be able to compete and win on this unlevel playing field.

A recount will merely affirm the numbers. Arizona needs an audit of the voting machines and signature scanners. Or a new elections with Katie Hobbs recused.

When foul play is discovered in Arizona, I hope that gives reason for other states to audit their voting.

I suppose they didn't check the system with the Election Day date set on. I was a programmer and you need to do this it is too easy to cheat if someone wants to. You have one set of code for election day and another for showing.
