What Trump's Stunning Reaction to GOP
Loss in Key Senate Race Tells Us

In recent weeks, control of the U.S. Senate looked achievable for the first time in months. Yet, thanks to the underperformance of some of Donald Trump’s hand-picked candidates, that path to a majority is exceptionally slim — things look good for Laxalt in Nevada, which means that control of the Senate will come down to a runoff election in Georgia.
Winning control of the U.S. Senate would allow the GOP to block Biden from filling the judiciary with leftist judges, yet, on Tuesday night, when Colorado Republican candidate Joe O’Dea’s lost to incumbent Democrat Sen. Michael Bennet, Trump’s reaction was, to say the least, shocking.

It works for 3rd party building, though.

I remember back in 2016 thinking that the Trump's campaign was going to go off the tracks for something he said/did. Just wait, I said, it will happen.
Well, it didn't happen in 2015. Or 2016. Or 2017. Or 2018. Or 2019. Or 2020. Or. 2021. Or 2022.
Well, not until the last week. The "unforced errors" of knocking Ron DeSantis and not shutting up here are maybe going to finally prove me right.
President Trump needs to show a modest amount of self-discipline. Yes, you were robbed in 2020. But that's over and done with. Yes, we underperformed in 2022. You've been pretty good in close races, but sometimes, we lose close races. For good reasons and bad reasons.
Dust yourself off and get up to fight another day. And fight against Biden and his ilk, and not our side. If you want to draw DeSantis into a race against you, you're doing everything you should do. My feeling is that he wasn't going to run against you,, but don't make it tempting.

We've seen enough of third party over the years and the effect it has on assuring defeat of the Republican candidate. Ross Perot anyone? If not for the Libertarian running for the GA senate seat, Walker would likely be the clear winner. The Libertarian candidates always siphon votes from the R candidate. Always have, always will. it will take years to build a 3rd party that can win, and by 2024 it's impossible.

A "loss" for Trump - a win for the GOPe.
"The GOP’s Senate campaign arm is reportedly pulling millions of dollars out of the New Hampshire Senate race and redirecting it to other states."

Hope so, #1, although there would have been more momentum after the 2020 election. I don’t care what people say about 3rd party candidates. There is no hope going forward for the citizens. There is only plunder for the Uniparty.

Loved Trump's policies, but his ego will be the death of the GOP.

Rinos and democrats want to make this all about Trump’s ego. Maybe just maybe if he didn’t have to pretty much go it alone for the four years of his presidency things may have turned out better. From day one, there was a entrenched cabal of Republicans who would do anything to thwart him. Had they attempted to work with him on the policies that he was attempting to enact, you know, the policies that got him elected, things may have been different. He had to do battle with not only democrats but the Rinos too. They would rather work against him than assist him in actually getting the things done that the American people wanted. Now who is the bad guy in that scenario? This is not a government by, for and of our elected elites. It is a government by, for and of we the people!
Trump made the mistake of sincerely working hard to produce the results that the American people wanted. The Rinos were interested only in preserving their power structure. They were going to decide what the American people wanted. Those uppity Trump voters had no right to expect that the President would work hard on THEIR behalf. That’s not the way Washington works. We get only the scraps that fall from the table of the political class. To expect anything else is unheard of. We are to vote for them and then shut up. The fact we had the audacity to expect results from the political class cannot be tolerated. Trump gave the power back to the people. He delivered on his promises and Americans were grateful. However, the political class was horrified and then they began in earnest to undermine him with the intention of destroying him. If you want to talk about egos these fools need only to look in the mirror. They actually believe they are untouchable and it appears they may be right. One thing is for certain, they know how to destroy but they fall far short when it comes to actually serving the people who elected them.

Trump didn't "Attack" the guy...the guy foolishly and unnecessarily, Attacked Trump, costing himself Trump support, and the support of at least some Trump supporters.
Trump now saying..."Oh well, look what you did to yourself" isn't an attack either, nor is it "Shocking"
Nor is Trump NOT supporting the rhinos sitting on the Dem Jan 6 witch committee, nor the ones that voted to impeach. Of those 9, last I checked, nearly all are gone, most either already quit or lost in primaries...
(2 on the west coast may have survived, I don't care enough about them to bother checking).

as of early this morning 210 people that signed on to Trumps "election denial" claims were elected/re-elected.
I don't know what the outcome of all 290 Trump endorsements is ...yet...but many of the Dems elected ran AWAY from Biden/Pelosi during their campaigns/adverts. Including Ryan in Ohio.

Donald Trump is a man of 1.) expectations and 2.) expectations and by that I mean, he expects much from himself when some kind of venture is undertaken ie: there is no let up until the job is done and ... done right!
and likewise he expects people around him and especially those he has put his faith in to do the same amount of work on the subject as he has to do exactly as they said they said they would
and if they don't meet his expectations he lets them know exactly how he feels ... is that bad???, is that good??? the only way to determine bad or good is the end result
and Donald Trump doesn't accept second rate on anything, especially himself
and there is no bad or good with Donald Trump - you either accept him as he is or you walk away

Cheering a Senate win for a democrat, either directly or indirectly, is a bit beyond the pale. Trump's major, enduring accomplishments in nominating federal judges, including 3 SCOTUS picks, and seeing them take the bench only happened because of a GOP majority in the Senate. His impeachments failed to see him removed from office only because of the GOP majority in the Senate.
It would be ironic and a complete disaster if a third party candidate siphons enough votes from GOP candidate Trump to cost him the election in '24 and throw it to Biden or an equally repulsive democrat.
