Michelle Obama, 58, has candidly opened up about her struggles with menopause, revealing that she's suffered with severe hot flashes, 'creeping' weight gain that has left her unable to fit into her clothes - and prompted her to give up on her goal of maintaining her infamously-toned arms. The former First Lady sat down with People magazine to discuss her upcoming book, The Light We Carry, which drops on November 15, and she opened up about the harsh realities that come with aging during the interview.

China is close to introducing its most advanced stealth bomber yet, as the country continues to expand its air force. The H-20 bomber is seen as China's answer to the US B-21 Raider. The US defence department estimates a cruising distance of more than 5,300 miles for the H-20, the last in China's "20 series" new-generation warplanes, which will double the country's strike range. "The aircraft is ready to be introduced, it's just a matter of choosing the right timing," an insider, who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter, told the South China Morning Post.

Just a few days after Tuesday’s midterm elections, Biden’s DHS filed an automatic extension in the federal register that will allow more than 305,000 foreign nationals from El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan to remain in the U.S. and hold American jobs. The bulk, about 194,000, are nationals from El Salvador.

If there was an award for “Most Tone-Deaf Tweet Ever”, one would have a hard time finding anything to beat out Hillary Clinton’s Veteran’s Day message. While holidays celebrating those who have fought for our freedoms should forever remain non-partisan, it’s hard not to point and laugh at how shameless some people are. Take Clinton, for example, who posted this photo along with an admittedly touching caption: (Tweet/Photo) For those still confused, the picture is from Clinton’s infamous trip to Bosnia in 1996. The very trip she lied about, claiming she had landed “under sniper fire.”

The Torah describes the wickedness of Sodom as being pervasive enough to be punished by G od's destruction of the city. There were not even ten righteous people in the entire city. When the men of Sodom surrounded Lot's home with the intention of doing harm to Lot's guests, the Torah informs us that the wicked group included "both young and old, all the people from every quarter" (Genesis 19:4). Is it really possible for an entire city to be so steeped in evil? How can we imagine a town so corrupt that not even ten good people lived there?

The Lakeside Alliance, a group of Black-owned construction companies building the center, said they are investigating to identify those responsible for what the Obama Foundation described as an “act of hate”. The noose was discovered on Thursday morning on the premises of the center, located in Jackson Park, and the police were notified. The Chicago Police Department (CPD) confirmed that they are aware of the matter and investigating. Chicago is ‘MAGA Country’ according to Jussie Smollett so these claims should be taken "seriously"!

Virginia’s Republican Lt. Governor, Winsome Sears, said Thursday during an appearance on Fox Business that she “could not support” Donald Trump should he decide to run for the White House in 2024. Speaking to Neil Cavuto, Sears noted a few good things Trump did, especially for black Americans, then said that a true leader should recognize “that it’s time to step off the stage.” “His administration, when it came to the economy, helped us, because black unemployment was the lowest it had ever been historically, and then, of course, when it came to education he forgave his administration the loans that historically black colleges and universities

Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates criticized Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake of Arizona Thursday over her criticism of the slow pace of the vote count. “Quite frankly it’s offensive for Kari Lake to say that these people behind me are slow rolling this when they’re working 14 to 18 hours. So I really hope this is the end of that now. We can be patient and respect the results when they come out,” Gates said in remarks to a local station that were broadcast on CNN Friday.

President Joe Biden apologized for the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement on Friday as he addressed a major climate summit and outlined how transitioning away from fossil fuels can help the world avoid 'climate hell.' 'The climate crisis is about human security, economic security, environmental security, national security, and the very life of the planet,' Biden said at the COP 27 summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. He arrived there on Friday afternoon, the first leg of an around-the-world trip that will take him on to a meeting of Southeast Asian leaders in Cambodia and a Group of 20 summit on the Indonesian island of Bali.

During an interview with FNC’s “Your World” on Thursday, Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) pledged her support for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). McConnell’s hold on his leadership post has come into question as Republicans seemingly underperformed in this week’s midterm elections. Partial transcript as follows: NEIL CAVUTO, HOST FNC’s “YOUR WORLD”: When you and your fellow senators do regroup, Senator, is it too early to start talking about who should be your leader? Mitch McConnell’s name comes up, that he would be a good Senate majority leader if you got the majority. Donald Trump has made it clear Rick Scott,

Former President Trump on Friday took aim at Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) amid rumors that the businessman could run for president in 2024. “I Endorsed him, did a very big Trump Rally for him telephonically, got MAGA to Vote for him – or he couldn’t have come close to winning,” wrote Trump on his Truth Social account. Trump has been hinting at announcing another bid for the White House as early as next week. Trump also made a comment about Youngkin’s name sounding “Chinese” as he attributed the governor’s 2021 election win to his support. “Young Kin (now that’s an interesting take. Sounds Chinese, doesn’t it?) in Virginia couldn’t have

Ron DeSantis has found himself in Donald Trump’s crosshairs and many people were wondering how the Florida Governor was going to deal with it. While it’s infuriating to watch it happen, it was inevitable. Bringing down opponents is a large part of politics and Trump has never been one to go easy on anybody, allies and enemies alike. If Trump has a goal and you’re in the way, he’s going to attempt to bulldoze right through you. It’s been simultaneously a huge weakness and a great strength. The same fight that bruises friend and foe alike is the same fight that elevated America. To be sure, Trump’s presidency did this nation

President Trump can see and hear the same things everyone else can see and hear, including the coordinated media and GOPe effort to diminish him and the MAGA movement within the Republican club. The Democrats and professional Republican class both want to see the populist movement destroyed for the same reason Mitch McConnell wanted the Tea Party destroyed in 2010. The assembly of the united middle-class and blue-collar base inside the Republican Party, essentially the broad MAGA movement, represents a Main Street threat to Wall Street control of the GOPe.

If there’s a strategy behind what Donald Trump has been doing over the last week, I’m not sure what it is. I say that in all seriousness. I do not understand what the purpose of attacking Gov. Ron DeSantis is, and I don’t understand why he’s now attacking Gov. Glenn Youngkin. That first line is something. Youngkin’s name isn’t “Young Kin,” and wouldn’t that sound more Korean than Chinese anyway? Besides, what exactly does that have to do with anything? I know Trump likes to get his shots in, but this one is a head-scratcher. It’s also pretty racially tinged, a charge I’ve often defended Trump from
