Progs didn't fare well in this election. NY Dems lost several Congressional races and Madame AOC will soon be in the minority. Hopefully her new office is the janitor's closet.

The ONLY reason AOC has a seat is because the prior incumbent, 3rd highest ranking Dem in the house, chairman of the Dem Caucus, Chairman of the Queens Dem Party, previouslt "selected to be elected"(he didn't even file to run for the seat, he was Informed on the last day that his name had been added to the ballot, guaranteeing a win) made the mistake of declaring that he would stand against Pelosi for the Gavel...the next day all Dem Party and Machine support for him disappeared and AOC was selected to take his place. Now SHE thinks SHE is in Charge??

Thanks to yesterday's results, I no longer have much sympathy for the residents of NY. How on earth they could vote for more crime, more violence, and more of everything that is bad is beyond me. Now I can spend my time in better pursuits than sympathy for NY, or Cali for that matter.

A New York Congressman who lost his seat in the midterm elections criticized New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, saying she didn't do enough to help. Sean Patrick Moloney has represented New York's 17thcongressional district in the House of Representatives since 2013 but lost to his Republican rival this week, a stunning defeat for the party. Moloney was asked by The New York Times on Thursday who was to blame for their party's poor performance. The Times asked Moloney in the interview: "There is a debate in New York right now about the New York Democratic Party, and Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Republican Representative Lauren Boebert has overtaken Democratic challenger Adam Frisch in the latest vote count for Colorado's 3rd congressional district. As of Thursday afternoon, Boebert has a razor-thin edge over Frisch, with under 400 more votes. The New York Times' latest update showed the Republican with 50.06 percent of the vote to Frisch's 49.94 percent. Colorado law requires a recount for any race where the gap between the final two candidates is 0.5 percent or less. Boebert, one of former President Donald Trump's most ardent supporters, is unexpectedly facing a tight bid for reelection. Pollsters had predicted that she'd see

PHOENIX — Margins between Democrats and Republicans narrowed considerably Wednesday in key Arizona races as election officials chipped away at counting more than half a million mail ballots returned on Election Day and shortly before. Democrats maintained small but dwindling leads in key races for U.S. Senate, governor and secretary of state, while Republicans were optimistic the late-counted ballots would break heavily in their favor, as they did in 2020. t could take several days before it's clear who won some of the closer contests. With Republicans still in the hunt, it remained unclear whether the stronger-than-expected showing for Democrats would

Donald Trump is continuing to treat Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis like a political enemy. On Wednesday, Trump pooh-poohed DeSantis’s huge and historic victory by insisting that his 2020 win in Florida was bigger. “Now that the Election in Florida is over, and everything went quite well, shouldn’t it be said that in 2020, I got 1.1 Million more votes in Florida than Ron D got this year, 5.7 Million to 4.6 Million? Just asking?” Trump won Florida in 2020 by 3.4-point margin, while DeSantis won reelection by a 19.45-point margin. Sorry, Trump, I think DeSantis’s victory is far more impressive. First of all, it will make it a lot easier to take a lot of vehicles off the road, and we have more money in the pot now already out there that we voted for than the entire money that we spend on Amtrak, to begin with,” he said.
