Experts Say ‘Flawed’ Study Used to
Justify Mask Mandate, $3 Million in Fines
Levied at Church

Santa Clara County’s $3 million lawsuit against a church in California’s Silicon Valley over COVID-19 mandate violations, as well as its prior mask mandate, was based on a study that’s deeply flawed, critics say. Pastor Mike McClure of Calvary Chapel San Jose defied county mandates from May through October 2020 when the church held indoor services, made masks optional, ignored social distancing rules, and refused to place limits on how many of its 600 congregants could attend services. The county filed a civil enforcement lawsuit against the church in November 2020 to collect fines and penalties totaling $2.87 million—

Comments:

The flawed study was done in Bangladesh and one of its conclusions was that cloth masks of one color were more effective than those of another color, while masks were not shown to have much value. So much for “science”. Santa Clara County’s health officer admitted that they relied on this study. They are still persisting while real experts say the study was rubbish. “Statistical noise."

Masks don't work because they aren't designed to work on viruses! Virus particles are too small for a paper or cloth mask to work. Period. How people don't understand this blows my mind!

Totalitarians will "follow the science", any random trash "research" that supports their totalitarian impulses, no matter how flimsy or scientifically invalid it actually is. Fake Science has now taken it's place alongside Fake News as an official foundation stone of the Totalitarian Left.

Read the warning label on the mask package. Does not protect against the transmission of infectious diseases. Case closed. A virus is nominally 1 micron in size. A brand new N95 mask can only filter out 95% of particles down to 300 microns in size. Do the math. You would have the same effectiveness if you put a trout landing net over your head.

Trying to keep mosquitoes out by building a chain link fence? Don't laugh. The capacity of the masks and dimensions of the COVID virus are similar. However, if the intent of the mandate is to cow and intimidate the population so they are less likely to question other overreach by authorities such as stealing elections, then that is another story.

Face masks keep out viruses in exactly the same way that chain link fencing keeps out mosquitoes.

For those who cannot process the difference in mask pore size and the diameter of individual viruses, measured in microns, try containing a fly in a jail cell, as if steel bars would hold it in regardless of the width of the gaps between the bars. There is another common sense analogy to demonstrate the willful stupidity and desire to control for the sake of controlling. Firemen entering smoke-filled environments wear self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) that provide positive air pressure within the face mask, so the fireman is not breathing in smoke particles; only the air from the pressurized tank. The smoke particles are far larger in diameter than the virus responsible for COVID, and a majority of the liquid vapors upon which viruses travel. If the cloth or paper masks were effective in filtering out smoke, then firemen wouldn't burden themselves with an extra 50 pounds of gear when fighting fires and/or rescuing victims.

Heard early on regarding masks, "if you can smell, it's not going to work". It was only considered useful to make everyone feel better about going about their business in crowded quarters. And, to prevent the run on the N95 masks that were needed for medical personnel back in March of 2020, if you recall, and was confirmed by Fauci.

Thems that pushed masks knew that they were of no value. It was all about a visual to communicate fear.

The Cleveland Indians are the most exciting team in baseball. They have 10 rookies on their 26-man roster. Six others were rookies last year. They play small ball and win. They are managed by Tito Francona Jr., a grandpa who led the Boston Red Sox in 2004 to their first World Series championship in 86 years. Fans in Cleveland shun the Cleveland Indians this year. That's because the team is not the Cleveland Indians. Management caved in to Woke Know Nothings and changed the name to Guardians this year. Attendance was 25th among the 30 major league teams.

During the current Ukrainian war, the media has created a mythology that the Left was tough on Vladimir Putin’s Russia. And thus, now it simply continues its hard-nosed efforts in Ukraine. But nothing could be further from the truth. Aside from Biden’s original panic of evacuating American diplomatic personnel from Kyiv, offering a ride out of Ukraine for the Zelenskyy government that would have effectively collapsed his nation’s resistance, and hesitation in selling Ukraine offensive weapons, there is also a prior legacy that had done a great deal of harm. Indeed, many of America’s current difficulties in Ukraine originate from the Obama-Biden Administration’s former disastrous policies toward Russia birthed between 2009-2016.

Federally licensed firearms dealers (FFLs) will now be required to provide the FBI with the personal addresses of individuals who attempt to make a purchase but are denied or have a delayed transaction. The FBI will also provide local law enforcement with details of failed transactions, which include delayed transactions, as well as the personal information of rejected individuals. Donald Trump is the kingmaker of the Republican Party, and for that reason alone, he remains the best choice for 2024 despite the firestorm of negative media coverage, censorship, and the looming threat of indictment, which have haunted him since being forced out of office in January 2021. In the time since Trump has been gone, Americans have watched their economy tank, their freedoms attacked, and we are now disconcertingly close to an out-and-out ground war with nuclear Russia.
