Judge Hands Trump a Win in Fight Against
FBI, Wailing and Gnashing of Teeth Follows

The exposition of the FBI’s behavior in the month of August has been something to behold. More recently, we learned that the FBI went to Facebook during the 2020 election and indicated that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation. In reality, the bureau had known since 2019 that the story was real because they themselves were in possession of the laptop. Prior to that, the big story has been the raid of Donald Trump’s Florida home, which has led to numerous court clashes as the government has sought to keep the details secret. On Friday, the affidavit was released, much to the chagrin of the powers that be. What it revealed

A real judge has come forward to take charge from the whiskey and oreos, epstein stained “nagistrate.” We’ll see. My perception is that the dodjy feebi are cracking badly, their pleas for “national security/ongoing case” to try to stay “secret police” sounding like pretty thin gruel.

first of all, one needn't be a book learning judge to know this is totally political and that it was generated and given life by diaper's white house most likely without diapers knowing anything that was going on, maybe?, maybe not? secondly, our President could have granite hard evidence that he is totally in the right in this but, those people who live in this country and loved the $1.80 and low priced heating fuel and other good stuff will never admit our resident was right because they watch and listen to the alphabet channels where truth is known to be extinct

We are in a very dark place in this country when the FBI and DOJ have been shown to be so thoroughly corrupt and there is no hew and cry from those who understand the ramifications of this reality. It has been reported that there are 14 whistleblowers that have come forward. Fourteen out of how many thousands? We see Americans with guns drawn all ready to go after their fellow Americans and they have to know that it is a partisan raid. When was the last time a democrat was awakened before dawn with tens of armed agents pounding on their door? How can you ignore that? What is so disturbing is that now we expect it. Cross democrat dogma and you will be in the Eye of Sauron and the Orcs will be sent to your door. Such is the rule of law in this country today. We are a nation of men, not a nation of laws.

FTA - "You know you are over the target when the left-wing legal “experts” on the bird site start frothing at the mouth. Someone should ask them what they are so afraid of. How is transparency and accountability in this process a bad thing?" The deep state isn't fearing anything. And it could care less about transparency and accountability. The deep state's objective is simple: to put doubt into our minds regarding another Trump term. Many of us had feared that the United States of America would become unrecognizable within two years after the Great Election Fraud of 2020. So here we are. The unlawful raid of the premises of a former president. A duly elected president burning millions of dollars in legal fees fighting a federal agency whose mission is to destroy him. It is somewhat reassuring that judicial still has judges who believe in the law such as Judge Cannon. It is especially reassuring that Donald J. Trump has the toughness and tenacity to fight the fight out of love of country, as founded.

It is simply amazing to me that people who lived during the Trump administration and were benefited by cheap fuel, peace, a border under control, and a great economy, can be so vindictive to the man that gave them those benefits. Now we have an idiot that is trying to put us all afoot and take our saving to provide us heat this winter. Biden supporters are insane. There can be no other answer. National insanity. Two plans by the crooks on the left is in motion now. 1) dispense of Trump before 2024 so he cannot run 2) If they can't dispose of Trump then the crooks will have to 'really' rig and steal the 2024 election. The day after 2024 election will be very curious. The Wednesday morning after the election in 2024 will be telling as to the direction this nation will travel. Trump can't win the Deep State can't have it either way Trumps lands. Prepare yourselves for secession or armed insurrection that will be the choice. The election of 2022 might save this if Republicans win and join in to save or stop this madness in the next two years.

Depends who the Special Master turns out to be. Of course it must be a person versed in all sorts of misuse and use of classified documents, so who could that be, don’t be surprised if the name Hillary Clinton, who has been found to be an innocent victim by politicized federal law enforcement and the Democrats does not pop up in leftist Democrat circles. That does not mean that this Judge would go along with such a farce appointment.

CIA Admits to Losing Dozens of Intelligence

Top American counterintelligence officials sent a memo that warned every CIA station around the world about a troubling number of intelligence assets who had been killed, disappeared, or captured in recent years. The memo actually gave a specific number of agents — a highly unusual inclusion but one that demonstrates the seriousness of the situation. The CIA is an agency in transition with the focus of intelligence moving from rooting out terrorism in Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan to concentrating on our enemies in Russia and China. But the loss of agents is particularly troubling because there doesn’t seem to be a major intelligence leak.

It took a while, but after the Dobbs decision, Democrats overtook Republicans in the RealClearPolitics average for the 2022 generic ballot. For sure, Democrats felt that the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade was the political lifeline they needed to stave off a red wave in November. But their lead in the generic ballot was small and, as expected, didn’t last long. Democrats had erased the GOP edge and managed to gain a 0.2-point lead in the generic ballot. But in the past ten days, the RCP average has swung back in favor of the Republicans,
Biden student debt plan could cost as

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business estimated the price tag of President Biden’s student debt plan could grow to more than $1 trillion over the next decade if certain conditions take hold. The study found the plan would cost $605 billion over the next decade under strict assumptions, but the price tag in other conditions could grow to more than $1 trillion, a scenario the researchers said “requires further study.” Biden on Wednesday announced the long-awaited plan, which cancels thousands of dollars in debt for many borrowers, extends a payment pause until the end of the year and caps monthly payments at a percentage of borrowers’ incomes.

After nearly two years of talking about it, Joe Biden finally rolled out his student-loan forgiveness plan … and apparently nothing else. According to Axios, the White House didn’t bother to gather the data on eligibility, didn’t create a system which would check it, and has no system yet in place to fully complete the process. Did Biden drop the ball again — or did he never expect to be allowed to run with it in the first place? The agency doesn’t have income data for most of the 43 million Americans eligible for forgiveness, meaning around 35 million people — including Pell Grant recipients — will have to attest

One of the first things that Charlie Crist did when he won the Democratic primary for the governor’s race in Florida was to step in it big time by insulting Floridians who might support Gov. He told them he didn’t want their vote and claimed they had “hate in their heart.” He then dug the hole deeper with his hilarious praise of Joe Biden which isn’t going to go over well in Florida. If Democrats ever had an original idea, it would die of loneliness. Such is the case with them calling any prominent Republican a fascist. For years, Democrats used to call Republicans racist. They continue to do so, mind you. However, "fascist" is the new, hip insult that is used to rile a rabidly toxic Democratic base and scare voters into thinking that supporting any Republican candidate is contributing to the imminent collapse of the United States. For years, former President Donald Trump was dubbed a fascist. Now, the Democrats are turning their ire toward Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

It's only a day since we reported on California’s intention to outlaw sales of new combustion-engined vehicles from 2035, and already the ripples are being felt across the nation. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) that governs motor vehicle emissions for the state adopted new rules that will require 35% of the new cars sold in the state are electric or plug-in hybrids by 2026, with that percentage rising to 68% by 2030 and 100% by 2035. California has a waiver from the federal government to set its own air quality rules, and other states are allowed to opt into its regulations, which are typically more stringent than the national standards.
