Europe’s wishful thinking in going green has landed it in hot water — or maybe cold water, since it’s now short on energy for heating. And that’s got Germany reversing course. Leaders there last week said they now plan to keep the country’s last three nuclear plants running, at least temporarily, to avoid having to divert natural gas for electricity. That pauses a years-long march away from nuclear power that’s backed by much of the German public (even though nuclear-energy production emits virtually no greenhouse gases). So called renewable energy is not meant to replace oil, coal and gas. Its part of the green scam aimed at making you do without. Without heat, without AC and without food. It's purpose is to make money for friends of friends and reduce the population.

The day that the Germans decided to shut down their nuclear plants was the day they admitted that the French engineers were better than the German engineers. France gets 78% of their electricity from nuclear power stations.

This isn't a mistake. It's a plan. They are 'saving' the planet. The 'elite' don't think they will get hurt. Actually, quite the opposite, they will get richer. The brainwashed peons have been told to sacrifice, and they will. After all, we have been told not to think about money. That's just greedy, and it's a sin to be greedy! That's why they think everything else is more important. The liberals in Germany and the USA have the same mindset.

First, there IS NO human impact on the global climate. This is a purely anti-scientific scam. A fraud to gain power and money, nothing else. "Green" almost always means something that doesn't work well and costs far more than normal items. This applies to almost every single product which is touted as "green". This is especially true for these foolish "energy" sources which are gathering low density, intermittent energy, like solar and wind. Extremely expensive, like 3 to 5 times what normal energy costs, and extremely untrustworthy, unreliable. Cloudy days and at night, you get no solar. And windless days, you get no wind power, plus the nature of wind energy requires that the machines be massively oversized for the average wind, at least 3-4 times the power rating that the average wind provides in order to get even the poor 25-30% of rated power that they do get. When the wind is half of the average wind speed, you do not generate half the power you do at the average speed, you generate 1/8th the power. That is fundamental to the nature of wind energy, absolutely built in to how much power the wind has - it is proportional to the cube of the wind velocity. BAD ideas, perfect for freezing in the dark. The only exception I know of is limonene, a citrus-based chemical which is responsible for the orange smell and flavor in oranges, etc. It is an excellent non-toxic cleaning agent which replaced some pretty nasty and toxic industrial cleaning agents and seems to work about as well, and doesn't appear to be extremely expensive. However, I saw it in an industrial situation and didn't really see the cost info, so am not certain of the cost comparison to the industrial solvents it has replaced.

The war in Ukraine has somewhat uncovered some new benefits of nuclear energy. With a country being reduced to rubble by a one-quarter civil war and three-quarter foreign invasion, they seem to keep the light on and appliances running. Just think, spend the day killing your neighbors or dodging cruise missiles, then enjoy watching AGT and Password, with microwave popcorn, in the evening.

" It’s an important lesson for President Joe Biden, Gov. Kathy Hochul and other climate warriors:" That's the problem. Leftists don't reason, don't look at facts, and don't learn from their mistakes. They are purposefully attempting to destroy the American republic. The DANGERS of going green? How about the DUPLICITY of going green?!? Popular sources of 'renewable energy' are even less sustainable than the conventional sources. (e.g. just try to dispose of solar panels that have reached the end of their viable life.) And most of the well-known 'clean' energy sources are far from clean, some even being more polluting than the conventional alternatives.
