So the document will say a date, time and Mar A Lago but all else will more than likely be blacked out (redacted).

Buy blank ink futures. I'm expecting this one to use a lot of black ink redactions. Does the Trump legal team have the opportunity to suggest their "redacted" version? Or have they even had the opportunity to see the affadavit?

The judge who signed the warrant should not be the one making the decision about this. He is running cover for his own illegal actions.

Covering his own corruption, but not stupid enough to flat out say. NO. He will release insignificant portions that he decides won't make him look bad and the media will say "there, it's been released. Move on." I'm so sick of the stupidity in all of this. Surely there is an appellate process that the SCOTUS can expedite.

The raid on Melania's closet is not the outrage that many consider it to be. People tend to hide things in places where searchers will be unlikely to look. That's exactly why the FBI hides all of its' dirty secrets under Susan Rice's dress.

Theology professor claims that the Bible

According to one theology professor, the Bible is neutral when it comes to abortion. On July 20, Melanie A. Howard, Associate Professor of Biblical & Theological Studies at Fresno Pacific University (FPU) in California, published an article in The Conversation explaining her view that the Bible neither condemns nor supports abortion. FPU claims to be the only accredited Christian university in California’s Central Valley. “In the days since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade,” writes Howard, “some Christians have cited the Bible to argue why this decision should either be celebrated or lamented. But here’s the problem: This 2,000-year-old text says nothing about abortion.”

A riff between two judges in the United States’ most conservative federal appeals court reflects the ongoing debate of accountability when a government potentially breaches the First Amendment. Trump-appointed Judge James Ho had some words for Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Priscilla Richman, in an August 12 court opinion about a citizen journalist case. Laredo, Texas, citizen journalist Priscilla Villarreal was arrested for questioning police in 2017 after she was able to confirm the names of subjects in stories she wrote by contacting a Laredo Police Department officer.

On Thursday, a federal judge partially blocked a new state law in Florida aimed at eliminating political indoctrination from classrooms and workplaces, claiming that the law was unconstitutional. As reported by CNN, the 44-page ruling from U.S. District Judge Mark Walker determined that the Individual Freedom Act (IFA), also known as the “Stop WOKE Act,” “discriminates on the basis of viewpoint in violation of the First Amendment and is impermissibly vague in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.” As such, the ruling blocks the state from enforcing certain parts of the law, which went into effect on July 1st.

How do you know so-called transgender women aren’t real women? Because they act just like predatory men who, rather than having sympathy for women concerned when physically intact men invade their territory, revel in the ability to impose their will on these women. I once had a conversation with a strapping, athletic, and tall young man I was dating about how I, and women in general, feel vulnerable walking or traveling alone in many situations he took for granted. He had never thought about that wary anxiety women feel walking through a dimly lit parking lot at night, or turning around at footsteps,

A Florida judge ruled that a 16-year-old pregnant girl could not receive an abortion because she was not "sufficiently mature" enough to terminate her pregnancy. An appellate court on Monday upheld a lower court ruling prohibiting the girl, referred to as Jane Doe 22-B in court papers, from receiving the procedure, according to a court ruling from Judge Jennifer J. Frydrychowicz. The parentless teenager was seeking a waiver from a state law requiring minors to get parental consent for an abortion. She had told the lower court she was not ready for a baby, did not have a job and the baby's father was unable to help her.

One of former President Donald Trump’s strongest and most endearing personality traits is his relentless sense of humor. He’s a very funny guy. Depending on the day’s events and available subject matter, a television interview can come across like a sitcom script, sprinkled amongst some profound takes on political topics, and rants at some of his rallies can rival those of some of today’s best stand-up comedians. Just in case you needed yet another reason not to take the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) seriously, this story should suffice. The agency released a study on Friday recommending that people wear face masks, among other measures, to avoid catching monkeypox. The problem? The precautions the CDC suggested do not line up with what the data shows about the spread of the illness. This week’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) contained research on the spread of the monkeypox virus through contaminated surfaces. The study centered on two patients who lived together and had contracted the virus.
