A Washington State sheriff Friday advised residents in his county that if agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) come to their homes without a search warrant asking to inspect their firearms, they can tell them to leave their property. Klickitat County Sheriff Bob Songer, in a press statement, said that agents are “making surprise home visits of persons who have purchased two or more firearms at one time.(Snip)Congress should investigate this immediately.” The ATF defended itself in a statement to The Washington Times, saying the agents’ actions were “entirely appropriate.” “Ask the agents to show you their search warrant to inspect your firearms.

Where's a link to this video? (Did I miss it in the article?) Something about this story just doesn't "feel right". It may well be true...and it may be some campaign nonsense. What exactly did the ATF admit was “entirely appropriate”?

The First Son committed a felony by lying about his drug use on his 4473 background check form when he bought a handgun that later was tossed into a garbage bin by one of his wives or girlfriends over his erratic behavior. The authorities don't care about this, so why are they bothering other people who haven't even committed a crime? FTA: “They are looking for ‘STRAW PURCHASES’ in which a legal gun buyer purchases two or more firearms, and then gives/sells it to someone who cannot pass a legal gun purchase ATF Form 4473 background check,” he said. “It appears at this time, ATF Agents are making surprise home visits along the I-95 corridor in the States of Indiana, Nevada and Arizona, and Biden’s home state of Delaware.”

The ATF is in gross violation of the law if they are using background check form data to identify gun buyers. The law states that the make, model, serial number and seller shown on a background check form can be retained in a database. By law, the buyer’s name cannot be retained. Thus, agents inspect gun shop records to trace ownership of a gun used in a crime. According to recent reports the ATF is also compiling a gun registry from records of gun shops that have gone out of business. As Wayne LaPierre said, federal agents are “jack booted government thugs.”

The ATF can get a lefty judge to issue a search warrant, and they can find fake charges as a predicate. The ATF is a storm trooper organization, having shown it many times, including Ruby Ridge and Waco. They also showed up in the hundreds at True the Vote founder's business, searching and intimidating everyone for political purposes. When Trump is re-elected, the ATF should be defunded.

Yes, after watching a video showing the ATF wanting to "inspect your firearms".....my thought was to say, "Do you have a search warrant?" and since they do NOT have a warrant or any probable cause to obtain a warrant, they won't have one.
Then you tell them to leave, because you are calling the police.

Eventual goal, if not stopped, is a 'list' of, name, address and what firearms are owned. MOST of that
information already exists, it just isn't in one place, at least not yet, or so we have been told !
This is the long sought dream of gun controllers / gun confiscators.
Knowing who, where and what is the required information for out and out confiscation.
Don't think that it could never happen here. It's sure as **** has happened elsewhere !
Take a good look at who ( or maybe 'what' is more accurate than 'who' ! ) is running this
country right off the edge of a cliff, the things that have taken place in just the last two years
and then look in a mirror and say 'it could never happen here'. The person in the mirror
will laugh at you for being so naive !!
