On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court declared it was returning the authority to regulate or prohibit abortion “to the people and their elected representatives.” The abortion lobby, however, has no intention of leaving the legality of abortions to the American public. Instead, it will seek to create an abortion-on-demand regime via activist state judges. Countering this strategy must take priority, or Dobbs will be for naught. In Dobbs v. Article after article w/ pictures of the pro abortionists. I can't believe so many young women want to kill a live human being. Are they all so stupid, that they don't know how to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, or are they just too lazy. When they have that 1st abortion, there should be a requirement that they have their ovaries removed at the same time. Maybe that's a womans health service that PP could offer, instead of abortion!

This is where the ol' rubber will meet the road. And state legislators in many states are now quaking at the prospects of this legislative and electoral battle that will involve them, particularly in competitive districts. And in states like California and New York the beat will go on with their liberal laws, allowing influence money to readily flow to more conservative states. The genie is now out of the bottle.

FTA: "Those justices, after all, were not beholden to ordinary Kansans, with four of the Kansas Supreme Court justices in the Hodes majority having been appointed by Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, a supporter of legal abortion." It seems our State Supreme Court Judges are seeing Pixies, so, it's time for "We the People" to put pressure on the State Legislatures to Impeach and Remove these leftist, legislate from the Bench "black robed gods." Enough is enough. If that "right" is NOT in the U.S. Constitution then it damn sure doesn't exist in the States' constitutions either.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, like most of us, is many things. Among others, Thomas is brilliant, prudent, hard-working, and deeply religious. He’s also been a painful thorn in the side of American leftists for over thirty years now. But something else Clarence Thomas is, obviously, is a human being, which means he’s someone who can be affected by traumatic and emotional experiences. There are many influences that can motivate us: Financial benefit, security for our families, and self-preservation are just a few. But there’s also the issue paybacks; vengeance. And sometimes revenge can be the strongest of all motivators. Such is the case, apparently, with Justice Thomas.
There Was Another Mass Shooting On Monday,

There was another mass shooting in America on Monday, and the carnage was horrific. A total of nine people were shot, all of them were taken to nearby hospitals, and at least one person is dead: a 21-year-old college basketball player who, by all accounts, wasn’t just a terrific athlete but was also a genuinely good person. At least one promising young life has been lost, and several other lives have been permanently changed for the worse. Devasting injuries, or at the very least the traumatic impact on the victims’ mental health, will likely linger for the rest of the victims’ lives.

Everyone is more or less familiar with the concept of broken windows policing. Theories vary on whether prosecuting minor crimes directly deters more serious crime (because criminals fear the severity of prosecution) or whether it is the fear and withdrawal of citizens from disordered communities that allows more serious crime to come in. Either way, the theory can be summarized as follows: When law enforcement vigorously prosecutes minor crimes such as littering, loitering, and vandalism, the effect is less serious crime in the community.

With all the other critical and depressing news stories filling our social media feeds and cluttering our minds, it would understandable if this piece of groundbreaking jurisprudence slipped through the cracks in one’s effort to be well-informed. On Tuesday, the State of New York’s highest court ruled in a 5-2 decision against the efforts of a group known as the Nonhuman Rights Project which asserted that an Asian elephant named Happy was being illegally “detained” in The Bronx Zoo. And yes, you read that correctly: Two judges actually ruled in favor of the idea that Happy is really a human being.

You’d think every Biden White House press conference would be a home run because, despite the president being largely incoherent, the press corps is exceedingly friendly to Democrats. Nonetheless, there are no home runs for President Joe Biden’s new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre. It seems everything she says is a swing and a miss. That’s been the case since Jean-Pierre inherited her post from her predecessor Jen Psaki, who left the White House spin team for the one over at MSNBC. But Monday was particularly bad for Jean-Pierre, who stuttered, lied, and fumbled her way through her massive binder

In December 2020, shortly after it became clear that Joe Biden would indeed be inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States, he continued with a familiar narrative when he stated, “The integrity of our elections remains intact. Now it is time to turn the page, to unite, to heal.” During the campaign and prior to the election, when Biden wasn’t demonizing Republicans and depicting Donald Trump as the Anti-Christ out of one side of his mouth, he was advocating for a big, nationwide group hug out of the other. Now, through almost seventeen months of his presidency, ask yourself: Has President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party succeeded

Today the Missouri attorney general announced subpoenas of seven school districts in response to parent complaints of racist instruction and intrusive surveys administered to their children allegedly without prior parental notice. Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s office also posted Wednesday a public database of open records investigations into 49 Missouri school districts that uncovered the systemic abuse of public schooling for political purposes. The investigation uncovers Missouri public schools forcing students to participate in exercises that shame children for their skin color and teaching that races are inherently unequal, which violate the Fourteenth Amendment

Since a spate of recent shootings, Democrats led by President Joe Biden have been busy exploiting the tragedies to call for more gun control, go after the “gun lobby” bogeyman, and yell that we must “do something!” about firearm-related crime. They’ve been clear that they aren’t interested in talking about effective solutions that don’t involve gun-grabbing, so they probably also don’t want to talk about who’s responsible for America’s unsettling crime wave: the left. Meanwhile, as of late Tuesday night, the Associated Press projected that San Francisco voters had handily recalled left-wing District Attorney Chesa Boudin, whose soft-on-crime policies wreaked havoc on the California city.

Yesterday, after less than one full day of deliberations, a D.C. jury stacked with pro-Hillary Clinton jurors acquitted former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, proving the FBI is not “ours” but the swamp’s. Just more than two weeks ago, prosecutor Brittain Shaw began opening statements in United States v. Sussmann, by stating the obvious: “Some people have very strong feelings about politics and about Russia, and many people have strong feelings about Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.”

Baseball is a complicated game. The rulebook for Major League Baseball is 191 pages long. The intricacies of the game’s strategies are seemingly endless, and as a team manager at the top level of the sport, the opportunities for missteps present themselves constantly. Should we attempt a bunt in this situation? Do I need to bring another pitcher in to face this next batter? Does it make sense to attempt a hit-and-run play on this pitch? It’s not easy being a major league manager. But there are certain aspects of our national pastime that are simple, including rules that most of us learn as children playing in Little League.

Closing arguments will begin later this morning in Special Counsel John Durham’s false statement case against former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, after Sussmann made a last-minute decision on Thursday not to testify in his own defense. The evidence prosecutors elicited from witnesses over the last two weeks provides overwhelming proof of Sussmann’s guilt and destroys the many defense theories Sussmann’s legal team floated throughout the trial. Yet a conviction of a fellow D.C.-swamp dweller may be unattainable.

In case you were too busy caring about things that actually matter to notice, the January 6th committee is back in session. That came after its members announced an “emergency” hearing for Tuesday, including the inclusion of a “surprise” witness. Now, you’d think going through such pomp and circumstance meant they came across some damning new evidence proving their assertion that Donald Trump organized an insurrection. But if you thought that, you thought wrong. Rather, Tuesday’s hearing was another ridiculous parade of absurdity, full of hearsay and no hard evidence of essentially anything. Yet, one claim by a woman named Cassidy Hutchinson, a former Mark Meadows aide, truly took the cake.

This comes, per the outlet, amid an “escalating recruiting crisis.” On Thursday, the service announced that individuals may enlist without those previously required education certifications if they ship to basic training this fiscal year, which ends Oct. 1. To be clear, entrants still have to take a test: Recruits must also be at least 18 years old and otherwise qualify for a job in the active-duty Army.
