Even With The Media Tossing Her Softballs,
Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre
Can’t Get The Bat Off Her Shoulder

You’d think every Biden White House press conference would be a home run because, despite the president being largely incoherent, the press corps is exceedingly friendly to Democrats. Nonetheless, there are no home runs for President Joe Biden’s new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre. It seems everything she says is a swing and a miss. That’s been the case since Jean-Pierre inherited her post from her predecessor Jen Psaki, who left the White House spin team for the one over at MSNBC. But Monday was particularly bad for Jean-Pierre, who stuttered, lied, and fumbled her way through her massive binder

Comments:

By contrast, compare Kayleigh McEnany to either this one or Psaki. Night and day.

She's there because she's a snotty gay black woman and is therefore considered an unassailable checked box. She's not there because she's competent.

As bad as racially motivated 'affirmative discrimination' is, imagine how much more mathematical compounding goes into the equation when one has to be black, a woman, and NOT heterosexual. Might as well have pulled this person off a MARTA train at the Five Points Station in the middle of Atlanta. She comes from a pool of potential hires that is so small there is simply no way she was the best applicant for the position. No way. But, I am loving it. Would rather have a bumbling incompetent in the position than someone who is really skilled at lying.

The way Karine Jean-Pierre is handling the job an 8 year old could do better. She reads scripted answers for every question. She reads them right out of her notebook. If the answer is not in her book she stumbles and stutters her way through. She is basically clueless and like all of Biden's staff this woman is totally unqualified for the job.

Get with the Democrats program here people. She checks of enough "oppressed peoples" criteria so requiring her to have skill at her job is technically "oppression." You will get the answers you get and like them. Just wait until your surgeon is held to this same standard.

With all the other critical and depressing news stories filling our social media feeds and cluttering our minds, it would understandable if this piece of groundbreaking jurisprudence slipped through the cracks in one’s effort to be well-informed. On Tuesday, the State of New York’s highest court ruled in a 5-2 decision against the efforts of a group known as the Nonhuman Rights Project which asserted that an Asian elephant named Happy was being illegally “detained” in The Bronx Zoo. And yes, you read that correctly: Two judges actually ruled in favor of the idea that Happy is really a human being.

In December 2020, shortly after it became clear that Joe Biden would indeed be inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States, he continued with a familiar narrative when he stated, “The integrity of our elections remains intact. Now it is time to turn the page, to unite, to heal.” During the campaign and prior to the election, when Biden wasn’t demonizing Republicans and depicting Donald Trump as the Anti-Christ out of one side of his mouth, he was advocating for a big, nationwide group hug out of the other. Now, through almost seventeen months of his presidency, ask yourself: Has President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party succeeded

Today the Missouri attorney general announced subpoenas of seven school districts in response to parent complaints of racist instruction and intrusive surveys administered to their children allegedly without prior parental notice. Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s office also posted Wednesday a public database of open records investigations into 49 Missouri school districts that uncovered the systemic abuse of public schooling for political purposes. The investigation uncovers Missouri public schools forcing students to participate in exercises that shame children for their skin color and teaching that races are inherently unequal, which violate the Fourteenth Amendment

Since a spate of recent shootings, Democrats led by President Joe Biden have been busy exploiting the tragedies to call for more gun control, go after the “gun lobby” bogeyman, and yell that we must “do something!” about firearm-related crime. They’ve been clear that they aren’t interested in talking about effective solutions that don’t involve gun-grabbing, so they probably also don’t want to talk about who’s responsible for America’s unsettling crime wave: the left. Meanwhile, as of late Tuesday night, the Associated Press projected that San Francisco voters had handily recalled left-wing District Attorney Chesa Boudin, whose soft-on-crime policies wreaked havoc on the California city.

Yesterday, after less than one full day of deliberations, a D.C. jury stacked with pro-Hillary Clinton jurors acquitted former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, proving the FBI is not “ours” but the swamp’s. Just more than two weeks ago, prosecutor Brittain Shaw began opening statements in United States v. Sussmann, by stating the obvious: “Some people have very strong feelings about politics and about Russia, and many people have strong feelings about Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.”

Baseball is a complicated game. The rulebook for Major League Baseball is 191 pages long. The intricacies of the game’s strategies are seemingly endless, and as a team manager at the top level of the sport, the opportunities for missteps present themselves constantly. Should we attempt a bunt in this situation? Do I need to bring another pitcher in to face this next batter? Does it make sense to attempt a hit-and-run play on this pitch? It’s not easy being a major league manager. But there are certain aspects of our national pastime that are simple, including rules that most of us learn as children playing in Little League.

Closing arguments will begin later this morning in Special Counsel John Durham’s false statement case against former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, after Sussmann made a last-minute decision on Thursday not to testify in his own defense. The evidence prosecutors elicited from witnesses over the last two weeks provides overwhelming proof of Sussmann’s guilt and destroys the many defense theories Sussmann’s legal team floated throughout the trial. Yet a conviction of a fellow D.C.-swamp dweller may be unattainable.

Tech executive Rodney Joffe fed the Alfa Bank hoax to the FBI via two distinct routes, testimony from yesterday’s proceedings in the Michael Sussmann criminal case indicates. This apparent circular reporting further cements Special Counsel John Durham’s Section 1001 false statement case against Sussmann by highlighting the significance of Sussmann’s alleged lie to former FBI General Counsel James Baker. Sussmann, who is in the middle of week two of his trial in a D.C. federal court, was charged last fall in a one-count indictment with lying to Baker when he provided Baker two flash drives and several “white papers”

Thanks to the leaked opinion in the Dobbs case, abortion “rights” have become a hot topic on the left. But what about the rights of health care workers to refuse to abort babies? Or to refuse participation in other referrals or procedures (such as euthanasia or gender reassignment surgeries) to which they object on moral or religious grounds? Under a proposed rule removal by the Biden administration’s Health and Human Services Department (HHS), health care workers will have little recourse if their medical school, employer, or state insists that they participate in procedures or referrals to which they object.

Republicans in Congress have called for more domestic production to increase the supply of oil in order to reduce the cost.
