Thousands of protesters took to the streets on Friday night to express their anger at the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade - the 50-year law that guaranteed access to abortion in every state.
In New York City, a crowd thousands strong massed in Union Square and Washington Square Park, and then marched up Park Avenue. The crowd massed on Grand Central station, before walking past it and continuing through the Upper East Side.
In Washington DC, Union Square was the site of demonstrations, while protesters from Boston to Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit and Los Angeles marched in fury.

So these stupid females use abortion as birth control after we fought to get contraction covered to the point of being free or super cheap. And heck, how much is a box of condoms? A lot less than a baby. But I guess when you are full of Tequila shots and have drunk sex with someone you met 2 hours ago at a bar, contraception isn't exactly a priority. There is a name for this but it isn't often used in polite society.
In most states sadly 1st trimester abortions will still be completely legal (pretty much the European standard). I am sure in NYC where all these pics are from you will be able to abort up until the day of birth.
So why are all the female dogs out barking?

If there is truly an anarchistic night of rage across America, I hope to wake up and read of an anarchist body count that would rival the worst days of Vietnam body counts. It’s time for serious pushback by the American people is upon us.

Hopefully the police are avidly protecting these Justices. I don't know what would happen if one was injured or worse. The DOJ has a responsibility to make their protection a #1 priority, but Merrick Garland has shown no interest in doing so.

I am a simple man in the sticks. None of the blessed elites live near here.
IF street born Antifa get out here, well, frankly I doubt they would make it this far.
Shake my hand and I will feed and water you. Point a weapon my way and chances are very good a neighbor would have already shown you the light.
This isn't a threat. It is just how we live out here.

".. the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade - the 50-year law that guaranteed access to abortion in every state." Law? There never was a law. That's the whole point. Democrat Supreme Court decisions aren't based on law, but on policies they either like or dislike.

Oh sure, pick on the black guy. I thought being black meant you're never wrong, and you never have to say you're sorry.

I vaguely remember lots of anger from the Democrats when the Supreme Court decided Brown vs the Board of Education.

#11, my thinking is along the same lines. In the summer of 2020, all we heard about was poor treatment of blacks. Planned Parenthood came about because of Margaret Sanger and her views on blacks. In her view, abortion was the answer. Joe Biden was out there in the summer of 2020 supporting the blacks; yet, we know his friendship with Robert Byrd was a clue to how he thought in the 70's. Boy oh boy, the tide is changing.
Where is the respect for Clarence Thomas and his wife? Aren't we to treat them respectfully rather than poorly.
There is a part of me that wonders about all of these Planned Parenthood supporters and abortion supporters. Do they secretly agree with Margaret Sanger? Even Joe Biden?

The left was gloating yesterday about how overturning RvW was going to give them victories in the midterms. Do they really think that this behavior is going to bring fence straddlers to their side? Normal decent Americans are repulsed by their violence and stupidity.

BTW, have you noticed that the vast majority of these protests are taking place in areas where abortion will still be legal and even more available and later term than before, even funded by the local tax payers?

In spite of the headline, one must dig pretty deep into this display of erratic journalism (much better coverage elsewhere, or just read Justice Thomas’ concurrence itself), but he wisely outlines the strategy for future plaintiffs (wake up, red state AGs) to bring the next substantive Due Process corrections before SCOTUS: “For that reason, …we should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.” As unlikely as it may seem today that he’d find 4 others to join him in “‘correct(ing) the error’ established in those precedents,” the fact that he wrote it in Dobbs obviously means that he’s saying it in these and other deliberations. It’s encouraging to imagine that that seed’s taking root. The more leftist ideology is remanded to the states where it belongs (10th Amendment, thank you Founders) the better off we all will be. If leftists want hills to die on, let’s give them plenty.

I agree with you #20 Colonel Mustard Seed. Justice Thomas was not saying the Court should outlaw homosexual marriage, but that that law should have been determined by the States, not them. He hinted that no where in the Constitution is there a Right for homosexual marriage, but it should have been left up to the States (10th Amendment). I fully agree with Justice Thomas. At the time of the Supreme Court's decision, I thought they ran roughshod over the States that didn't want to endorse same sex marriage.
When we lived in California, voters voted overwhelmingly against same sex marriage years ago, but the State Supreme Court ruled AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF CA. And gave CA same sex marriage. There was no consent of the people. It was ramrod through the Leftist Court. I knew at that time my lifelong days of living in CA were coming to a close. The people were not self-governing, but we were being ruled by an evil cabal in San Francisco and Sacramento.
