Friday I blasted Meghan Markle for showing up in tragedy-stricken Uvalde, Texas, in what seemed like little more than a publicity stunt. I think we all know by now the horrors that unfolded there Tuesday, so I’m not going to recount them, but suffice it to say I can think of no reason why the Duchess of Sussex was wanted or needed in the grieving town. Enter Hollywood star and Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey, who on Friday arrived in Uvalde and appeared with Texas Republican Representative Tony Gonzales at the Uvalde Civic Center. He declined to take questions after the appearance. (Tweet)

Banks have armed guards...for protection from perps.
Federal buildings have armed guards...for protection from perps.
It's time to have armed guards in every school...because the next mass shooter would only need an extended magazine handgun to repeat the tragedy at Uvalde.

I agree #1. Why on earth has such common sense eluded all public school officials?? There are no arguments against it that can stand opposed to the alternative we have seen - BABIES cut down in cold blood sitting with their friends in a classroom sob

There are no coincidences.
A mass shooting miles and days away from a NRA convention.
A door is left open allowing killer ingress.
An 18 year-old has money/credit card to buy over 1,000 rounds, two AR-15’s, and a bullet proof vest.
This 18-year-old advertises his intention on social media and nobody reports.
This 18-year-old violent virtual gamer “games” reality with no exit.
Beto.

Another Uvalde native, Dale Evans, was unable to be there. She was a pretty big star in her day. Astronaut Pete Conrad lived in Uvalde for 30 years; so did John Nance Garner, speaker of the House and also vice president under Franklin Roosevelt. Many sports stars and even an outlaw buddy of Billy the Kid.

Meghan Markle is a far too-obvious attention-seeker. Worse than an ambulance chaser. The Brit royal family were on to her from early days but Harry wouldn’t listen. He has many years ahead for regrets.

I’m a fan of mcconaughey, but probably haven’t seen half of his movies, but he is a Texas boy.
I definitely think he should be there and that he can help. Megyn should be billed for exploiting uvalde and the children.
The dims are architects of the deteriorating sanity of the populace. To believe that nobody would want to hurt children is no longer tenable, especially in light of the grooming culture the dims are now pushing.
Unfortunately the children must be guarded from mad people and perhaps money we give to Ukraine should be redirected to school security.
Of course to see how the dims love these events politically makes me wonder if they want them to stop. They just love the polical self righteousness they grab in the wake of these occurrences.

A most important element left out:

Matthew McConaughey is a good actor and a down home guy. It was nice to see him visit his home town - alright, alright, alright.

#6 - Your theory sounds too good to be true. However,
this satanic maggot didn't have the restraint to not blab to his virtual German girl friend that he was financially backed by some big shot (no pun intended) from the Government, the Cartel, or whatever evil minded individuals(s) who could have backed him for political purposes.
He snapped over the argument with Grandma over yanking his cell phone. He was a high school drop out without a normal Cerebral Cortex. Centered on him self and more than likely extremely immature. I'll bet he used credit cards to make his purchases, or someone else's cards.
The full details will come out at some point. We didn't even get photos of the kids running from the building until yesterday.

The disrespect and devaluing of human life can be traced back to the day the Supremes invented a way to legalize Roe v Wade in the 70's. I don't know why anyone is surprised by all the violence at the moment. Except for those who value and respect life at all stages, nobody else seems to. Especially those on the Left and their minions in the minority communities.
