Preventable Deaths and D3.

I have been taking D3 for decades. I am not "vaccinated" and I was infected with Covid in January. I have never been so sick and the virus led to pneumonia. However, my Dr. was surprised my oxygen never fell below 97 and the virus did not affect my lungs other than ordinary bacterial pneumonia with no permanent damage or Covid lung.

These two mid 80s seniors take 50,000 units of Vitamin D weekly thanks to our clear-thinking family physician. This we have done since the beginning of COVID and after our vaccinations and boosters. We are convinced we benefit from this as we see friends, neighbors and some family suffer from this disease. Vitamin D may be an easy, cheap and very effective tool.

My family physician put me on D3 a decade ago, and when he retired, my new family physician kept me on D3 and increased the dose a bit. Over the course of the Kung Flu, I have defended the M.D. scarf lady who stood with the little eyetalian for all of those white house briefings on the virus created in the Wuhan Lab. My patience with her has expired. She was the clinical person yet didn't challenge the little Eyetalian, and who offered no proposals about medications. And now she has written a book and appeared on TV recently, pimping and making critical remarks about DJT. Go to hell, scarf lady.

He also points out that people living near the equator in agrarian societies have a normal, natural, sun-only D3 level of about 50, and rarely have respiratory viruses. My wife and I were taking 3,000 units of D3 per day for many years before this Wuhan insanity, and in March of 2020 increased our daily doses to 5,000 units, where they remain. Neither of us has contracted the virus, have not had the mRNA shots and have been going to restaurants 2-3 times a week the entire time since March 2020, excepting the 6 weeks our foolish county commissioners closed all restaurants. We have traveled to the SE states several times during this Dem-panic and stayed with relatives, and out to Yellowstone area and the park for days of camping and hiking. Not hiding out, not getting sick. Vitamin D3 is cheap, effective and proven - but the government does not want you to know about it. It is clear that the CDC, FDA and NIH all are fully captured by the huge $$$ of the pharma companies and work ONLY to increase pharma revenues - NOT for the health of Americans.

I have been very thankful that a newly-acquired doctor way back in 2008 recommended 2000-3000 iu Vit D3 daily! I have never stopped since then. I did, however, increase my dosage to a still conservative 4000 iu daily several years ago when COVID first hit, chiefly for preventative reasons. Currently 74 yo, with one JJ vector jab (only because I was in a borderline age group; however, that was before I was able to acquire some reassuring ivermectin on my own). I've successfully avoided KungFlu so far. I think I've had an actual flu maybe 2 or 3 times in my lifetime, none in decades; slight cold maybe every 5-10 years (yes, I know, I'm immeasurably fortunate). Bottom-line, there's just no downside to taking it, there are lots of benefits to physical well-being, and it really is comparatively inexpensive!

I take 6000 IU per day of D3. Why? Because in an early release of FAUCI emails from the middle of last year, that's what FAUCI takes, every day. His own words from his own email. If it's good enough for him, it'll do for me too.

I was taking 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D/day (chewies) according to the FLCCC guidelines. Had blood test for doctor visit, test showed I was ready to OD on Vit. D. Doc cut me back to 1 chewy/day. Be careful.

I’ve been taking 6,000 IUs a day for years with no problems at all. Not vaccinated and haven’t had covid. (Also take several other immunity supplements.)

There is not billions of dollars for the guilty politicians, administration and Big Pharma in Vitamin D3 treatment. Follow the money,

I find COVID a very fortuitous political vehicle for the Democrats. It makes me wonder if the Chinese provided the Dems with handy little pressurized canisters of aerosol-ed virus, labeled with each manufactured variant, to be released during critical political junctures. Mid terms is the next one. Got to justify those mail-in ballots, drop-boxes and mules!!

Re 310. At one time I wondered "how much Vitamin D3 is safe?" I stopped worrying when I discovered that your skin can and does make 25,000 to 40,000 units of Vitamin D3 after an hour or so of full summer sun exposure on your upper body, without a shirt. I've done that thousands of times without ill effects, so I am not worried about "ODing" on D3. I'm not sure it's even possible. But if my skin can make that much, I doubt that a 5,000 pill is any danger.

The pervasive evil in our government is a source of judgment for our nation - even as these people are being judged themselves for their actions.

I've been taking a D3/K2 supplement for years long before the Chinese Bat Stew Flu came to our shores. D3 builds up calcium in the blood and K2 makes sure it gets to the bones instead of staying in the arteries. I've rarely been sick and if it's good for that lying SOS Tony the Troll Fauci It's damn good enough for me.
