Leaked video from Disney’s “Reimagine Tomorrow” summit shows executive producer Latoya Raveneau casually boasting about how she identifies as a “bi-romantic asexual,” and how she wants to “use [her] content” at Disney to help educate young audiences about “the pockets of the LGBTQ community that you don’t see,” such as the asexual community. “I identify as, like, a bi-romatic asexual,” Raveneau explains in the leaked video, released by Christopher Rufo of City Journal. “I’ve had a lot of learning and growing about myself this year, kind of facilitated by how comfortable I felt on The Proud Family, and with my immediate team at Disney TVA.”

A state Supreme Court judge ruled Friday that the city did not have the right to cancel Trump’s contract to run the Ferry Point Golf Course. Mayor Bill de Blasio had nixed the deal after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, arguing that Trump would not be able to attract golf tournaments. In her decision and order filed on Friday, Justice Debra James said there was nothing in the contract that required a tournament — only that the city would share in any proceeds. That means either Trump gets to continue to run the course, or the city needs to pay him to leave.

Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has been ousted from power after losing a no-confidence vote in his leadership.
The vote was held past midnight after opposition parties brought a motion against him, which was upheld by the Supreme Court.
Mr Khan had said he would not recognise an opposition government, claiming - without evidence - that there was a US-led conspiracy to remove him.
The assembly will now appoint a new prime minister.
That person will be able to hold power until October 2023 when the next election is due to be held.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Saturday met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv. The visit was first made public by the Embassy of Ukraine to the U.K., which tweeted a photo of the two. A No. 10 spokesperson later confirmed the trip. “The Prime Minister has travelled to Ukraine to meet President Zelenskyy in person, in a show of solidarity with the Ukrainian people,” the spokesperson said.

The U.S. will deploy a Patriot missile system to Slovakia, a NATO member state in Central Europe that borders the western tip of Ukraine, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced on Friday.

Scott has been writing about the strange case of the two men “of Washington, D.C.” who are under arrest, having purported to be high-level Department of Homeland Security agents. The men are Arian Taherzadeh and Haider Ali, which might give the politically incorrect some ideas. News reports indicate that they “compromised” four Secret Service agents, although my understanding is that this simply means that those agents accepted gifts from them. Somehow, Taherzadeh and Ali had plenty of money to throw around.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is warning federal, state, and local law enforcement of an impending nationwide spike in fentanyl-related “mass overdose events” and reported the amount of the drug infiltrating into the United States in 2021 was enough “to kill every American.”

The Alabama Legislature passed a bill Thursday criminalizing sex-change treatments for children, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries.
If signed by Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey, a Republican, the bill would treat the castration of children and other sex-change treatments as Class C felonies. Such felonies carry a penalty of up to 10 years in prison for medical practitioners, Politico reported.
The legislation would ban medical treatments done for the purpose of changing a child’s appearance or affirming his or her gender identity, including drugs that halt healthy puberty; cross-sex hormones; surgical sterilizations such as castration, vasectomies, and hysterectomies; cosmetic genital reconstruction surgeries; and removal of healthy body parts.
Very often, when companies go woke, it turns out that the wokeness is a cover for changing market forces. That is, they're not alienating traditional demographics; they're reflecting that their money is coming from new demographics. When it comes to Hollywood and the NBA, for example, the big bucks are coming from China, not America.
