Donald Trump has promised supporters that he will return to the White House in 2024 during a speech in Florida on Saturday. The former president appeared on stage as part of an “American Freedom Tour” event in Fort Lauderdale. “With the support of everyone in this room, we will take back the House, we will take back the Senate and we will take back our country,” said Mr Trump, according to a report by Insider. He continued: “And then most importantly in 2024, we are going to take back our beautiful White House.”

A dude who witnessed some brazen shoplifting at a Walgreens store in Alameda on Saturday decided to take matters into his own hands and tackle the guy, claiming citizen's arrest.
The entire situation was caught on camera.
Witnessing what appears to be shoplifting at Walgreens isn’t exactly uncommon in the San Francisco Bay Area these days.
But what is uncommon is seeing a customer step in to stop the crime themselves. The man requested he only be referred to by his first name of Kevin.
“This is a time you can make an impact, make this happen,” Kevin said. “I see him leaving the store, and I threw him to the ground.”
Rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West — who is up for five 2022 Grammy Awards — has been banned from performing at this year’s Grammys due to his “concerning online behavior.”
A representative for West cited a recent report by the Blast claiming that the rapper’s team received a phone call Friday night informing him he had been “unfortunately” removed from the lineup of performers for the show due to his “concerning online behavior.”
“This is confirmed,” the representative told Variety. The Blast report also notes, “Our sources say Kanye’s team isn’t surprised by the decision.”

A former Google employee filed a class-action lawsuit in a San Jose, California, federal court Friday alleging systemic bias against black employees and a corporate culture preferring white males, Reuters reported.
The lawsuit, filed by April Curley, says Google places black employees in lower-level jobs, pays them less, and denies them opportunities to grow at the company, Reuters reported. Specifically, Curley states black people make up only 4.4% of employees and about 3% of leadership, according to Reuters.
