Secret Service Agent Must Answer Questions
About Location of Pence on Jan. 6: Judge

Original Article

A Secret Service agent will have to answer questions about the location of then-Vice President Mike Pence on Jan. 6, 2021, during questioning in an upcoming trial of a defendant, a judge ruled on March 18. U.S. prosecutors moved in January to bar lawyers for Couy Griffin, the defendant, from asking questions about Pence’s location, arguing that the information isn’t relevant to the case. Lawyers for Griffin asserted the questions should be allowed because the government’s earlier claims that Vice President Kamala Harris was in the U.S. Capitol when Griffin entered the building on Jan. 6 were false (snip) it’s not clear where exactly Pence went after being evacuated from the Senate

Comments:

The defense attorney undoubtedly already knows the answer re Pence’s location. Good defense attorneys don’t want anything brought into court that will not aid their client. The judge sided with the defendant.

It would not surprise me if he was in the bullpen along with McConnell, Pelosi directing Antifa, BLM and the federal law enforcement on that day. Pence is up to his neck in this mess and I would not be surprised at all if he was in on the orchestrating of the election fraud.

I'm going along with #3 - most of these trials will result in nothing happening. While it is good that most of the folks arrested for just walking around in the Peoples House are getting a trial, these trials should have started on Jan 8. As it is they are devolving into arguments about minutia that is simply wasting time and bumping up the legal bills. And as #3 posted, our Republican contingent in WDC are sitting on their hands or hiding under their desks doing mostly nothing. But what's new with that?

By that criteria, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obola need to have their locations made public for the night of September 11, 2012 when a US Ambassador was murdered in Benghazi and US forces were ordered to stand down while it happened. That's far more serious than the stolen election protest on January 6th, 2021. To counter her argument, it still makes a lot of difference at this point, you twit. It's called dereliction of duty.

Pence may be suspected of having not told the truth about his whereabouts. Some seem to think this is about a hearing. No. It is about the trial of one of those arrested on January 6, 2021. Serious business. Reading the article can prevent replies that miss the mark.

Representative Adam Kinzinger has a message for Israel, threatening U.S. support if they do not get into line and support the NATO objectives in Ukraine: (Source) Akin to: ‘Nice Jewish homeland you’ve got there Israel; it’d be a shame if something happened to it.’ Kinzinger will likely win increased support, as if he didn’t already have it, from the far-left progressive movement who hate Israel. However, as people start awakening to the reality that the U.S and NATO alliance have now aligned themselves with the ultranationalist Nazi’s in Ukraine, there might be a modicum of pushback from the Orthodox Jewish community.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense on Sunday claimed that Belarus is preparing its military to invade Ukraine before warning Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin. There are “signs of preparation” that Belarus will carry out the “direct invasion of the territory of Ukraine,” the Defense Ministry wrote on social media, according to a translation. It did not provide evidence for its claim, nor did it provide other details. “The direct involvement of Belarusian troops in Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, against the will of ordinary soldiers and the vast majority of the Belarusian people, will be a fatal mistake for Alexander Lukashenko,” the ministry added.

“We were going to invent pandemic planning.” Those were the words of Dr. Rajeev Venkayya in 2005 when he headed the White House bioterrorism study group under George W. Bush. “We want to use all instruments of national power to confront this threat,” Venkayya told colleagues in the administration, as reported by Michael Lewis in his book “The Premonition.” That was the birth of the idea of national lockdown for pathogenic threat. To mainstream epidemiologists, the idea seemed crazy and potentially ruinous at the time, a fact that only emboldened its creators.

A disgraced Democrat state senator dodged jail thanks to a plea deal over a $600,000 fraud which saw her spend federal cash on her wedding, honeymoon—and subsequent divorce. Katrina Robinson, 41, struck the plea deal Friday which saw her admit just two of the 20 counts she was facing, with a value of $3,400. Sentencing guidelines could have seen the former Tennessee lawmaker face up to 10 months in prison for those counts. But US District Judge Sheryl H Lipman decided to let Robinson off with a slap on the wrist, and sentenced her to just a year of probation after claiming that the swindler had suffered enough already.

The news keeps getting worse for Democrats as their midterm prospects continue to dim. The Republican Party is united, excited, and out for blood. Democrats are in disarray — ambivalent about their party leader, unable to find a winning issue, and anticipating defeat. The Rassmussen generic congressional ballot of Republicans versus Democrats for the midterm election shows Republicans winning 50-39 percent. The February Rassmussen generic congressional ballot had the GOP up 50-37 percent. The two-point bump in support of Democrats is insignificant when you consider that the GOP is winning in most age groups and most income groups. And the GOP is clobbering the Democrats among independent voters.

Not exactly in the beginning, there was a “big boom”… the baby boom. And that boom gave birth to “boomers,” who thought it was good. And it came to pass that boomers begat Generation X’ers, millennials and/or those of Generation Z… based on varying biological and chronological circumstances. The boomers looked and saw that their own generation — the “Me Generation” — spawned a reaction called “Me Too” years later. And many of the male boomers were shamed and confused. But many of the female boomers felt both enraged and empowered. And both mothers and daughters arose and said, “A woman’s place is in the House… and the Senate.”  CORRECTIONS*
