Spring breakers were running for their lives after shots rang out in Miami Beach, Florida early Sunday morning.Flocks of panicked college students fled the area surrounding Kantina Restaurant on Ocean Drive, a popular South Beach thoroughfare known for its bars, dining and nightlife, after multiple gunshots were fired. The fleeing party-goers were seen trampling each other and dropping their belongs, such as cell phones and shoes, as they sought shelter in alleyways and other hiding spots, according to a DailyMail.com journalist at the scene. At least one woman was shot in the leg and another individual removed from the premise on a stretcher.

City violence is now the norm. Venture into downtowns at your own risk.

Alcohol-------gratuitous sex ---a party atmosphere--and some dip-stick Tyrone fugs it up.
This is the start of the annual invasion of darkness on the party scene.
It's become an annual affair of the college spring break/ghetto scene.

Some of the people in these photos look much older than college kids, especially the guys who look like Pride Parade participants.

With all of the beautiful spring break destinations around the country, why would kids waste their money on Miami? It will be Ghettoland all summer now, soon to move in to Myrtle Beach.

Boy for a bunch of poor college students, they are sure living it up. When I was both working and attending college, after paying tuition and buying books and study materials, I had no extra money for extravagant partying.
No wonder all these kids nowadays have so much "school" debt.

All those programs and movies showing those art deco hotels and Lumas beach off of Ocean Ave., looks great until one gets there. It's looks kind of seedy and I didn't feel safe even during the daytime. The water is beautiful, but some of the people I saw looked like they were homeless and probably were.

From New York Post Article, March 24, 2021:
"Christine Englehardt, 24, of Richboro outside Philadelphia, was found dead and semi-nude Thursday at the Albion Hotel in South Beach, where the pizza shop assistant manager had reportedly traveled by herself to take part in the annual spring break revelry.
Two North Carolina men, Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, were arrested Sunday for allegedly drugging Englehardt with a “green pill” before raping her and stealing her credit cards, according to police and reports. Both Greensboro men remain held without bail."

I do not believe that many of these people are "Spring Breakers." They are more like BLM and Antifa. This murder was 1 block west our hotel. Very few of the alleged "Spring Breakers" appeared to be of college age (too old). We walked past a group of about 10 of alleged "Spring Breakers" who were huddled down in a dark corner, whispering to one another, and one who appeared to the leader, moved his forefinger on the pavement as if drawing a walking route.
One group of these alleged "Spring Breakers" ate expensive meals at a toney Restaurant in the Art Deco area and walked out without paying their $2,000 tab. The Police were barely present throughout two days and nights.
Alleged "Spring Breakers" were drag racing cars down Collins Avenue around 4:00 PM. No police were present.
Word on the street was that the Police were instructed: "Do not confront the "Spring Breakers" unless it's absolutely necessary. Confrontations will be bad for tourism."
My wife was afraid, although we had visited South Beach at least a dozen times.
Lincoln Avenue used to be up-scale and a joy to visit. Now it's fallen down, including trash blowing around the street and sidewalks.

This statement FTA cracked me up: ''Meanwhile, authorities in Miami Beach say they have issued a 'silent prayer' that spring break remains calm.''

Shame on people for jumping to conclusions. St Patrick's Day was Thursday - the rioters were Irish.

I agree with Poster #17.
Beloved Rush always said that the "Women's Movement" was a gathering place for ugly females. Likewise "Spring Break" seems to be a gathering of skanky chicks - - who couldn't get noticed elsewhere.
