deleted web article recovered by The National Pulse reveals that former President Barack Obama spearheaded an agreement leading to the construction of biolabs handling “especially dangerous pathogens” in Ukraine. The news comes on the same day that Biden regime apparatchik Victoria Nuland told the U.S. Senate that the American government is concerned about biological research facilities falling into Russian hands as a result of the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe. Originally posted on June 18th, 2010, the article “Biolab Opens in Ukraine” details how Obama, while serving as an Illinois Senator, helped negotiate a deal to build a level-3 bio-safety lab in the Ukrainian city of Odessa.

Comments:

Also involved was Sen. Richard Lugar who apparently in 2005 joined then Sen. Barack Obama in entering into an agreement with Ukrainian officials re development of such a project.

Russian TV just reported they found the USA bioweapons material. I would not be surprised the report about Russia bombing a children's hospital was a cover story for where the lab was located. Just like the baby milk factory in Desert Storm.

There are over 200 level 3 & 4 biolabs in the US. So, Ukraine having a few level 3 labs shouldn't raise any real suspicions. I've been in several here in the US. The difference in levels have to do with the design, air handling and PPE requirements. If your working on something that's particularly lethal, you will want to do that in a level 4. The dumbest thing you can do it to bomb a biolab if your convinced that bioweapons are being developed there. It may be dumber than shelling a nuclear power plant.

#10, if there is any logic left in the world, the Russians would know how to secure and deactivate a bio-weapons lab. Suppose the Ukrainians knew that the Russians were a growing threat to securing the site and obtaining evidence of crimes. The win win for them would be to pocket the really bad stuff, slap a sign on the front as a children's hospital and blow it up. Dig up footage of orphans and beg the world for even more aid and money, all while making the Russians look like monsters. Maybe that is what happened. Maybe not, but the same play has been done before in that area of a confused world.

Biteme. Has made millions from Ukraine. And cuts off buying oil and gas but will not allow our own resources to be used. Why. And soros, who should be in Hungry, on trial for crimes against humanity, expressed his support for Ukraine. Really. What is his interest in Ukraine? I feel for and support the citizens of Ukraine. But something does not pass the smell test. But it’s just my opinion.

I believe they've been 'off-shoring' the bio-weapons research because government funding of gain-of-function [GOF] research was 'paused' in October, 2014. I don't think it was ever unpaused, so funding of the Wuhan labs, these in Ukraine, etc. was being used as a 'work-around'!

OK, I was peripherally involved in this, toured several of these labs. FACTS: The former soviet states had MANY samples of and regularly worked with "dangerous pathogens". Example: In Armenia, bubonic plague (from y. pestis) is endemic in their small rodent populations. Each spring, they send teams to capture voles and mice, and collect their nests. Then fleas are gathered from the animals and nests and tested for y. pestis. Each year there is a map of the infested areas made and efforts to kill the voles and mice in those areas, and inform people living there are made. Another example: Many of the microbiological research centers required samples of things like swine flu in order to make and test vaccines against them. This is a huge food source in the former soviet states where little beef is grown but lots of hogs. We didn't want these viral and bacterial samples, including things like rabies, etc, again - necessary for research and making and testing vaccines, stored the ways that they had been. I saw their storage....home refrigerators in a "locked room" with a $3 hardware store padlock on it. We went in with DTRA money and built, typically, a wing on these research centers for storage and work that THEY WERE ALREADY DOING AND WE COULDN'T STOP -- with key card and secure doors, and backup diesel generators to ensure that the refrigerators and freezers were kept cold in power outages. People who know nothing are spinning this BS. I was there, I worked in these places, I set up and managed research and development programs in a number of them for years. In fact, DTRA shut down one of my projects because they wouldn't permit us to fund any project that worked with 'dangerous pathogens'.....even though they already were working with them, and the development was for a bioweapon detection system for the US military. "Interesting?" Sure, but this is very misconstrued.
