Jussie Smollett, who faked a hate crime against himself in Chicago, was sentenced Thursday. Smollett was found guilty back in December, after he conspired with two men to make it seem as if Trump supporters had attacked him and tied a noose around his neck at 2:00 AM, in the middle of a polar vortex.
While he received an initial outpouring of support, including from Vice President Kamala Harris, it quickly became apparent that his story wasn’t adding up. Why was he out after midnight getting a sandwich in sub-zero temperatures? Why didn’t he call the police right away? Why did he leave the noose on until police got there?

When Jussie entered the police station wearing his noose, a Chicago cop frowned and said to Jussie, "You want to take that thing off?" Chicago natives might want to "take off" Kim Foxx, as well.

Hey, boys. There's a new girlfriend on the cellblock. Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. Maybe he could embroider that on a pillow for his bunk. It might help him pass the time. Or maybe the much used phrase of prisoners "I didn't do nothing". s/o

Jussie either played into the hands of Kamala or was willing.
Kamila had "anti-lynching" legislation ready the next day!
Of course he will work on woke hollywood again once he gets out of prison.
Liberals always pay back their elites' buddies.

He should have received 5-10 years for faking a Hate Crime against White people. But of course he gets a pass.... pathetic.

I watched the sentencing, or rather the last part where the judge made his remarks before announcing the sentence. He reviewed the case, reviewed Smollett's history or contributing to causes to fight racism, then eviserated him (verbally only-he should have given him 2-3 years in a Penitentiary) and called him out for blatant hypocrisy for faking a hate crime, saying it damaged those who had suffered from real hate crimes. He recounted the work of the law team, saying they did all the work pro-bono even though the amount of billable hours was comparable to a capital murder case., that the paperwork and motions filed by the defense were amazing for just a Class-4 felony. His sentence was a slap on the wrist: 30 months probation, 150 days in Cook County jail, and $125K in fines. Then Smollett threw a fit, saying he was innocent, he wasn't suicidal (?) and if anything happened to him in jail it would be because someone else did it to him. I think he gave that pathetic performance because there were TV cameras in the courtroom. Wanna bet he'll try to fake an assault on him in jail? After he was led away, his family spoke to the TV reporters. His brother complained that the judge "shamed" Wussie in his remarks. Well how about that?! It's like he was being convicted of a crime or something! The whole Smollett clan is fully invested in the I'M A VICTIM thing. Not one of them-NOT ONE-seemed ashamed of the situation. Talk about privilege-they were DRIPPING with it.

What did anyone expect? He’s an actor who was playing his own made up role. And he’s clearly nuts. Why the mask when his attorneys were not wearing them? Was that part of the victim image he was still trying to portray? A mask representing a noose?
Why would anyone bother to kill him in the county jail? Because another pervert (Epstein) was killed in a jail? He’s not important enough or connected enough for anyone to bother with him. He may actually enjoy sentence.
And if Hollywood has any sense of self-preservation left, they will shun him.

Congratulations Jussie. You have managed to make racists the victim. Leave it to a wokester...
Maybe the real white supremes should sue Jussie for defamation of character and make the irony complete.

I watched the ending also and think while the judge was going back over the trial, Jussie was sitting there thinking about what he was going to say instead of paying attention to what the judge was saying. I didn't follow the trial but was shocked to hear the judge say Jussie sat in the witness chair for hours and LIED. Jussie should be forever grateful to Revrum Al Sharpton and Revrum Jessie Stay Out Da Bushes Jackson because they and other biggie blacks went to bat for him or he may have gotten a much longer sentence.

If the police had arrested a couple of poor dumb innocent saps who just happened to be in the wrong place, they would be facing prison time and having their lives ruined over a hoax perpetrated by a dishonest idiot.

Smollett’s little story was laughable from day one and if he hadn’t been a second rate ‘TV star’ the cops would never have pursued it. The media are showing the predictable amount of embarrassment over breathlessly reporting this charade like it’s the drama of the decade. Guys wearing MAGA hats clinched it. All of them look like ignorant buffoons but they’re liberals and what they look like is what they are.

This was a staged production for Jussie and his "extras". Who directed the play? Like all actors, truth be told, Jussie does hope to direct, but for this production it was Kamala and her anti-lynching bill in the director's chair. So in her next directorial effort it seems Kamala wanted to direct herself as the "villain" and the "hero". And voila, the bomb scare at the dnc was premiered on January 6th, brilliantly starring Kamala in 2 roles! The MSM swooned!

Question now, will Jussie get his first prison tattoo, the barbed wire around the bicep. I hope his cell mate is big Bruno so he can enjoy his stay.

After a leftward pundit called Smollett "a good actor," some sardonic counter-pundit (I wish I could remember who) had the proper response. "Jussie isn't a good actor. Neither was he a good director or a good casting agent. His noose was under his collar. The key grip failed to film any good action. It was Trump's fault." This attempt to become the gay community's almost martyr didn't work out the way he wanted. Doubtless he will redouble his efforts because he has no shame, and he's truly a stupid, stupid man. At least he didn't have to go to Joliet like Jake Blues.

Not suicidal. He accepts his prison sentence, but he is trying to say he will not kill himself and that he is letting everybody know that someone is going to kill him.
He knows where the evidence is for Hollywood pedophiles, and he doesn't want to die for it.

He sounds suicidal, envisions himself to be a martyr for the cause and will kill himself in order to start a conspiracy that the “trumptards” killed him in prison so that he’ll be remembered by the black community as a hero, resulting in a made for TV movie on the BET Network. The black community loves racism the way Jews love Nazis (which is why there’s a Nazi documentary on TV every day). Both groups point to the splinter in the eye of innocents while ignoring the log sticking out of their own face.

What was that sneer some media running dog had for an innocent teenager cornered by drumhead trash...oh yeah...such a punchable face.
Well, Bob, Juicy Mollusk does have that punchable face: so sneerfully entitled, so arrogantly proud of playing the tiny role of a queer black man, so eagerly stepping into a role over the bodies of black folks who actually did suffer injustice, historically, although innocent.
Of course Kommi-La and Big Mike were his "friends"

The usual suspects notwithstanding, I don’t believe his jailmates will risk laying a hand on him. My guess is that he will be isolated for those 120 days - either by PD design or by the others shunning him. He’s no hero, no role model. The judge was right. He stupidly, permanently ruined his life. He is now a convicted felon. His acting career (except his last gasp in court) died a terrible death when Empire was shut down because of him. Lots of higher-level actors lost cushy gigs that might otherwise have gone on for years…. Jussie is down in flames.
