Joe Biden SCOTUS Nominee Refuses to Use
‘Illegal Alien,’ Opts for ‘Noncitizen’

Original Article

President Joe Biden’s nominee to replace Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, apparently refuses to use the term “illegal alien” in her court opinions, opting instead for “noncitizen.” In a handful of immigration-related cases that Jackson has ruled on U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, she has made a note to employ the term “noncitizen” or “undocumented non-citizens” rather than the terms “alien” or “illegal aliens” that are regularly used in court and in federal statutes.

And she's going to get confirmed, no doubt about it. And all the GOP needed to do was win one of the Georgia Senate seats last year to prevent this. Great job everyone.

This is a typical leftist or communist tactic to try to control the language. This is the Newspeak which was well illustrated in the novel 1984. In that novel the enemy was intended to be Fascist, because Orwell had sympathies for the communist cause, but in fact there isn't much difference between National Socialism and the international communist movement other than the name of the tyrant running the movement.

So pumpkin if there is no distinction between noncitizens who came here legally and those who did not then you have rejected a distinction that is in the written law and therefore have embraced lawlessness. Do you think that qualifies you to be a supreme court justice? You shouldn't be a night traffic court justice.

Opting for the term “noncitizen” to define illegal aliens is a cop out, as non-citizens come to the USA legally for a multitude of legitimate reasons in accordance with the immigration laws. So why would a Supreme Court Justice want to lump in the citizens of other countries who are in the USA legally with illegal aliens who are in the USA unlawfully? Comm9n sense will tell you that the “root cause” of mass uncontrolled illegal immigration are the presence of illegal aliens in the USA? There is only one reason, and it is purely political, that is to confuse the American people who are not versed in the complicated immigration laws that the illegal aliens are violating.

The onset of last night’s carnage in Ukraine came after one of the more absurd displays we’ve seen by members of our federal legislature during House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s weekly press briefing yesterday, led by one of the more familiar faces among House Democrats. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) may be best remembered for his repeated nonsense with the Russia Hoax during the Trump presidency. He rose to national fame (or infamy) when he appeared on CNN on a seemingly nightly basis to claim that he had new evidence showing President Donald Trump had colluded with Russia. It got to the point where his appearances seemed like satire, but they weren’t.
