The sicko who allegedly smashed his own feces in a Bronx straphanger’s face joked with cops that “s–t happens” before sneering to a Bronx judge, “F–k you, b****.” Frank Abrokwa, 37, was busted Monday at his homeless shelter in connection to the revolting Feb. 21 attack, according to cops and police sources. Upon arrest, he made light of the attack, quipping to cops, “S–t happens. Haha. This is a s–tty situation. Haha,” Bronx Assistant District Attorney Grace Phillips said during Abrokwa’s arraignment late Tuesday. Abrokwa—apparently impatient because Brooklyn detectives showed up to arrest him for an unrelated hate crime from September—also made a scene

FTA: "But just after being freed in the Bronx, Abrokwa was nabbed in connection to the Brooklyn hate crime. In that case, Abrokwa approached a 46-year-old man on Utica Avenue near Park Place in Crown Heights around 5:30 p.m. Sept. 9 and snarled, 'F–king Jew, I’m going to kill you,' cops said."

What all of this turning criminals free is going to lead to, is shooting in the streets. Remember Bernie Getz? Clearly there is no law enforcement in some of these liberal cities. If the authorities won't do their job, people will take action on their own.

Democrat politicians want "homeless" people to remain on the streets for a reason, and it has nothing to do with protecting society, or the mentally ill, or lack of affordable housing.
Like clockwork, when the mentally ill criminal is also "homeless," liberal politicians launch into silly lectures, naming a "lack of affordable housing as the "root cause" of homelessness." They've gotten away with this nonsense for decades, but it's time Americans educated themselves about the Democrat-driven mid-century "Deinstitutionalization" movement that brought us to where we are today. An assumption was made back then (possibly well-meaning, but naive nonetheless) that along with Thorazine, other powerful drugs would become available to help the mentally ill rejoin society, and live productive lives outside mental hospitals. Leaders of the movement envisioned community mental health centers helping released mentally ill patients by providing them with drugs and treatment in their own communities. In keeping with that belief, advocates saw no need for what they considered overly-restrictive arrangements like mental hospitals. They quickly promoted the notion that we didn't need hospitals and beds for the mentally ill, and the idea caught on. New laws were passed making it extremely difficult to commit anyone to a mental hospital who didn't want to go. The number of hospitals and beds for the mentally ill were reduced, because advocates expected massive "savings" by closing hospitals, and treatments with new drugs that never materialized.
When we had enough hospitals and beds, patients received treatment. A person throwing his own feces at other citizens was obviously struggling with some serious issue, and his danger to society, if not to himself, was never in question. We didn't have politicians demanding billions of dollars to house the homeless, when everyone understood that mental illness, not a lack of housing, created behaviors sick individuals would continue to repeat when left untreated. Note that the homeless often have exhausted family members who tried to share their homes with their sick relative, but could not endure day after day of untreated mental illness and/or addictions in a loved one who could not or would not control their own behavior.

Sounds like a tribal cultural thing that the liberals would certainly grant a lot of deference, that’s probably why they let the perpetrator go free without bond.

The victim and a few of her “closest friends” should wait outside Alvin Bragg’s office (the so-called attorney general), with bags of dog poop and throw it on him on his way to his 3 hour lunch and perhaps give him a little facial. Let him see how it feels and how dehumanizing that act is, maybe he’ll get the message. Save some for the judge who I’m sure could have found a way to put this monster in jail.
