White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki made an appearance on ABC's "This Week," where she offered a preview of what to expect from President Joe Biden's State of the Union address, to be delivered this Tuesday. (Tweet/Video) To close out her segment, host George Stephanopoulos brought up a stark reality that Biden is facing right now. "Finally, the president is approaching his State of the Union in a pretty difficult political position right now, 37 percent approval rating, Democrats trailing badly in the midterm polling. A majority in our recent poll out this morning even question the president's mental capacity," Stephanopoulos mentioned,

I will not dump on Jen Psycho - - because she has an impossible job to do - - and she's doing it as well as anyone could. She ducks and dodges and bobs and weaves as well as the legendary Willie Pep did. The main thing to dislike is her sometimes arrogant and contemptuous manner. But she's a leftist - - so what else could we expect?

@#1: Seriously? She has a job to do? She is willingly misleading and lying to the public 5 days/wk. That is not the job of a Press Secretary. Her job is to tell the truth!!

Well I can dump on her. She's up there on her own volition, telling lies and giving stupid answers to questions that are important to this country. Her job is to give informative answers to the people in this country, not cover for Biden who has no idea where he is or what he's saying. She's as much of a disgrace as the rest of Biden's people.

Love ya, but I can’t agree with #1 on this one. Psaki has some responsibility to speak the truth. She is not expected to be an arrogant propagandist. Of course she is going to put a positive spin on her answers but she goes far beyond that. She ridicules and condescends to the questioners and is an all around nasty person. Furthermore she is setting a precedent for future Press Secretaries. She said that Biden leads during crisis. She almost got that right. Biden leads the country into crisis. He is mentally unfit and incompetent. He is a disgrace to this great nation and she props him up because she is a true believer in every policy he has enacted. She is just one of many who is determined to destroy the country. The thieving cabal behind old Joe is filled with individuals just like Psaki. They will lie, cheat and steal because they have zero integrity. Nothing matters to them except raw insatiable political power.

And then he has to read that teleprompter word for word and he can't get away with any "well.....I.....never mind..."s in a speech this important. Ukraine is a highly devout country – about 87% of its 41 million citizens practice Christianity. So it's notable that, to many Ukrainians, Mary Magdalene now has a new moniker: St. Javelin. The viral meme (shown above) recasting the "Apostle of the apostles" is in reverence to a device that knows no religion: the FGM-148 Javelin portable fire-and-forget anti-tank missile. Since the start of Putin's dastardly invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian freedom fighters have extensively utilized the American-made weapon system – co-produced by Lockheed Martin and Raytheon – to rain destruction down upon the Russian military's armored vehicles. Ukraine's Defense Ministry estimates that 102 tanks and 536 armored vehicles had been destroyed

For starters, pretty much every poll that has been taken over the last decade on media contributions to politicians shows that the vast majority of journalists contribute either to Democrats or Democrat causes. I referred to both Barack Obama and Bill Clinton by their presidential titles. It’s a matter of legitimacy. Over half of all Americans now believe that fraud affected the outcome of the last Presidential election. The Arizona election audit didn’t prove that the Donald won, as many hoped. It's the easiest thing in the world: cut off Russia's oil earnings and watch its war against Ukraine collapse. Over the last 30 years, many Ukrainians have asked when their nation will finally get its George Washington, a leader who can rally the people and lead it to victory. I’ve usually told Ukrainian interlocutors that Washington wasn’t born a great man; he became one because of the trials of the Revolutionary War, when he demonstrated his ability to lead and to symbolize the American struggle. A Ukrainian Washington might emerge in a similar manner, and now perhaps he has. Ukrainians’ question may have been answered by an unlikely candidate for the hero role: Volodymyr Zelensky, a comedian-turned-president, who many analysts — including me — considered would be disastrous for the country.
